Hi,

I am an IT staff at the headquarters of a global company currently using Workday across our entire group, including subsidiaries in various overseas regions. We are planning to integrate the Workday Recruit module with DocuSign to send offer letter to recurit canditate. We understand that Workday can be connected to only one DocuSign account.

Given this limitation, we would like to inquire whether it is common practice for other global companies to have HR representatives from overseas subsidiaries and the Japanese headquarters share a single DocuSign account. Is this a typical use case for Workday-DocuSign integration?

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards,

@Ryuji

It is typical because of the 1:1 integration limitation between Workday and DocuSign.  If you had more than one instance for Workday, you of course would want to connect those instances with the corresponding counterparts for each region.
