Custom Field is not working in DocuSign

Hello DocuSign Community,

Recently I created a new custom field in DocuSign, see below:

And I used this field in Workday BIRT design, see below for testing:

However, when test it , this field is never working and end user cannot edit this field but only see the text “\jayorg11\ , see below

 

Can you please help why it is not working ? Is there anything I missed ?

I just figured it out, it is because the docusign account authenticated by workday is different with the account I set the configuration.

Hi ​@svc-workday 

I am also facing the same issue. I have created Document Custom Fields to allow users to edit the form before signing. However, the Document Custom Fields are not showing in Configure DocuSign Anchor Text in Workday.

I tried adding anchor text for the custom fields on the form to allow user editing (for example, \eraddress\), but the field is not editable for the user to input the data.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
