Hello Community,

I was using docusign to create documents, and send them for signatures.

 

but I also wanted to create custom fields and fill them via the API and send them for signs.

and I also want to be alerted (on a webhook/something) when a person signs the document.

Now I was able to figure out that the DOCUSIGN API does provide this, but as a addon to a plan, and we can also watch events on when they are signed.

 

On the API pricing page, I cannot see anything relevant. So please guide me, which API plan should I get? is the Starter ($50/mo plan) enough for my use case?

And how do I get the add-on for docgeneration? do I first buy the API plan?

thanks for the response, I have contacted the sales team now.

The problem is I did contact them before as well, but did not get any response/email or any sort of contact from them yet.

Let’s see if I can catch them now and lets move forward then.

Is there any way I can try the docGen thing right now?


You can try doc gen in the developer environment for free without contacting the sales team, but to use it in production, you’ll have to get help from the sales team.
