I'm currently working on integrating DocuSign with Workday, and I've encountered an issue when opening the signing screen for Japanese users. The names and initials are being displayed incorrectly, deviating from the expected format.

Here’s the issue:

  • For Japanese users, the signing screen is not respecting the correct name order or initials, which should align with local conventions.

Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to resolve it? Any advice on configuring DocuSign to ensure consistent formatting for all users—especially for Japanese users—would be greatly appreciated!

Hello @thusaradeem,

Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Was this working before? Are you the only one having this issue? Would it be possible for you to provide a screenshot of what you see? Do you get an error message? Is this happening on the Workday end or Docusign end?
