Looking for details instruction for how to set up DocuSign custom tags (last 4 SSN, Ck Box) to work with Workday Recruiting Onboarding.

I have made several attempt at creating DocuSign Anchor tag.

First add the Anchor tag \Last4SSN1{r} to the documents from within word white font.

Next upload the document into DocuSign via template. Adding the anchor tags to the document preview and save

Download as a document. Upload it into Workday as a Document.

Link a candidate to job and send the documents to the candidate.  The Last4SNN do not show nor does the chekbox.

Any advise to help me identify what I may be doing wrong to get these custom tags to work with Workday.
