I am currently implementing DocuSign integration with Workday and testing it in the demo environment. However, I’ve encountered two issues:

There are two signers in the flow — the first signer is from the company, and the second is external. While there is a defined signing order, the external signer is not receiving any email notification to sign the document. I have already unchecked the “Suppress email to embedded signers” option and enabled the “Send completion” option. Despite this, only the final email (once the document is signed by both parties) is being sent.
How can he receive the email to “sign the document” -
Is there a way to make a checkbox mandatory to tick during this process?
