I'm working with the Workday administrator. The administrator access the Edit Tenant Setup - Business Processes task and Authenticate with DocuSign. I supplied the generic username and password to him, but the Connect Configuration is not getting created in DocuSign CONNECT

I was told that the Workday Community site and search for DocuSign. You should see the setup information under Manage Workday > Documents and Electronic Signatures > Set Up Electronic Signatures.

However, Workday support will be in the best position to help fix the issue. I would recommend reaching out to the Workday Community, as their posts contain documentation on this, or submit a ticket with Workday Support directly.
