Hello, We are experiencing issues with Docusign connection to Dynamics 365 CRM dropping off and requiring manual intervention to connect the 2 again, typically after a period of time where users are noticing documents are not sending. It’s not very often but often enough that it’s becoming a bit annoying for all involved when it happens. I have not seen any reason for the connection dropping, no passwords are changed and re-connecting is simply going to the Docusign settings in CRM and pressing “Connect”What we really need is some form of alert to us to tell us when the connection has been lost so that we can avoid delays, is there any way to implement this?

Hello,I want to test this scenario for my client : In Dynamics 365, when I start form accoutn and click on “Send with Docusign”, I can’t choose an envelop template.On a technical side, I activate Docusign integration in D365, I created 2 envelop template in docusign, I set all D365 privileges for docusign table.When I go on Docusign Admin setting in Dynamics 365, I can’t see any module for templates.Could you help me please ?Notes : I test with the TRIAL.

We are trying to setup SCIM connector for DocuSign in Entra for user provisioning and de-provisioning however when while testing the ‘connection after copying the relevant into (Base/tenant URL and token) to Entra, the test connection is failed with error “Your application is not reachable” (reference snip attached).Any support or guidance would be appreciated.

I have seen lot of questions around this like 1 year ago (some 6 months ago), but just want to check if that’s still not possible.I have requirement to send envelope as(Sender/From) different users/email addresses (changes dynamically based on certain conditions) and do not want sender to appear as user who makes the power automate connection.Is this possible? or still limitation?

Sending two or more documents per envelope to a single signer.  They must sign the documents in a specific order.  Doc#2 cannot be available for signing until they have signed Doc #1, etc.  Any Ideas?  I’m using Power Automate because it’s a more complicated flow.  I have everything else but this piece of the puzzle.  Any ideas?

Hi community...as an admin, is there a super quick way to find details on an envelope ID without running a report...in other words, I have an envelope ID...can I enter that within the platform to find all associated details WITHOUT having to run an envelope report and look within that download? Hi everyone,I want to add multiple documents to one envelope. Each Document should only be signed once. Since all documents are duplicated from a template and I came up with the ideo of using a specific document propertie as signature anchor. But in my tests this did not work. (When I am using the same anchor in each document, each document has to be signed as often as documents are in the envelope)Has anyone an idea why this does not work or how it could work?Thank you all in advance.Best regardsJens

Hello,  I am trying to use PowerAutomate and Docusign to complete an action of filling in a document created in Docusign Word Template Assistant, based on SharePoint data, and then send this completed for signing.  The workflow runs, but each time, and with multiple tries of different file names (E.g with file extensions, renaming the file, etc) I get a failure: ConnectorException": body "Status code=BadRequest, Message='ValidationFailure: No document found matching the provided name'" The workflow uses: Create envelope using template with recipientsGet document info from envelopeUpdate document generation form fields from envelopeSend Envelope  Any ideas?James 

Hi As of July 1, 2024 Microsoft is no longer allowing Add-In for new tenant.We want to be able to send a document for Esign with our Docusign account will inside the document library. I follow all the steps provided by Docusign and do not see Docusign option anywhere on in Sharepoint.  Does anyone know how we can set this up? Thanks in advance.

I’m currently experiencing an issue where files are not being saved back to SharePoint from DocuSign. After reviewing the logs, I found the following error:  Error:https://services.docusign.net/integrations-sharepoint/v1.0/api/postback?language=en-US :: Error - The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.

A member of our C-level team would like to send a group of people an email from within our business email account with a link to a docusign document and also an attachment that is for information only. Is there a way to do that? The document we’re sending for signature requires some explanation, and the sender prefers that the document come from his email address. Thanks for your help. I’ve been searching the community postings but haven’t seen anything particular on this topic.

I have scenario of conditional logic, like say there are 5 checkbox options (option1, option2, ….) and 3 sub options (option A, option B..) (which i can create using add tab action).Now the requirement is, when user selects option 1 or option 3, then Option A is required and when user selected option 2, then Option B is required…I see there is a way to implement this in REST API, but i don’t see option in any power automate actions, so, is conditional logic possible to implement in power automate built-in connector? 

Hi There I don’t see an option of specifying Delivery method as SMS or Email or Both in add recipient action. Or mentioning SMS information alone will be treated Delivery Method as SMS? if there is some place i can mention, where can i specify that option in in-built Docusign Actions? Or is this the limitation this way and i have to use Https post?  

Is there a way to get envelop status?I want to set some condition based on the status of the specifict envelop I sent via PowerAutomate in the same flow.If is signed: Update to SharePoint If is waiting for signature: Wait/Send reminder If is declines: Send email + additional actionsThanks you and best regards.

 Hello, I use PowerAutomate to send contracts to DocuSign. I'm calling a template with PowerAutomate and would like to fill in the user based on the role. For some reason, DocuSign isn't picking up the user from PowerAutomate. Does someone have any experience with this? (I use the exact same role in PowerAutomate as in the DocuSign template.)

I have seen a similar error here on Still I have some question about it. Do I need to add the addon for my developer account or is it for every user that use it?Also, where can I add the permission for it?

i have an issue while using power automate to create an envelope using the step called “Create Envelope using template with recipients and tabs” i filled all the data and its sent clear but i can’t see the text fields i added for the recipients to fill the data and sign i don’t know if iam missing out on any thing

Hello,I want to create a flow where envelope will be automatically created, with documents and recipients.I am stuck on how to add multiple tabs which are different type in the same step. Currently i managed to setup the flow to be working but i only manage to get 1 type of tab for all of defined ones in the envelope.Has anyone done something similar and can help me?Thank you :) 

I tried to search and checked in documentation also. In the documentation Recipient type it says its drop down, but its just text field. if you see below picture (from docusign link), recipient type they say its drop down, but its not drop down. and whatever values i tried to give/enter like ‘Need to Sign’ or ‘Signer’, its giving error and i couldn't find what are valid values anywhere in document for this specific action. Hello All,Our company has 50 users accounts with DocuSign.They are dealing with many different types of contracts.However, 15 users are ONLY dealing with our SoW (Statement of Work) contracts. Those users must ONLY send the SoW envelopes/documents to recipients via DocuSign.Those 15 users can use their own signatures.I want a solution where:When those 15 users send SoW contracts, after the signatures are completed by our users and recipients, the contracts files should be stored in a document library in our SharePoint site.Apart from those 15 users, If any other user sends any other type of contracts via DocuSign, those contracts should NOT be stored into the SharePoint site.I already set up connections with SharePoint in DocuSign.I would appreciate if you could please help me on this.Thank you in advance.
