Hello,

I want to test this scenario for my client : In Dynamics 365, when I start form accoutn and click on “Send with Docusign”, I can’t choose an envelop template.

On a technical side, I activate Docusign integration in D365, I created 2 envelop template in docusign, I set all D365 privileges for docusign table.

When I go on Docusign Admin setting in Dynamics 365, I can’t see any module for templates.

Could you help me please ?

Notes : I test with the TRIAL.

Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community! We appreciate your question and assure you that we are fully committed to providing you with the best service possible. 

Docusign templates are used in two ways with Docusign for Dynamics.

  1. A custom Button with the TemplateID added to the Create Envelope Action
  2. Send with the Docusign button and either manually applying the Template or Template matching.

You cannot manage templates directly from Docusign for Dynamics.
