Signing Certificate Expired - No one is able to access Docusign via SSO

I’ve acquired the new signing certificate for Docusign and SSO, however I am unable to sign in to the portal as admin to apply the new certificate because of the above issue.

This is affecting a lot of our users, and we’ll work to create a contingency for future reference, however I desperately need help now.

Is there anyone from Docusign Technical Support that can assist?

To verify, please provide me with the Account number and the email address associated with the Docusign account in question via private message. Additionally, please confirm whether you are the Organization Admin.

I had spoken with someone else internal within Docusign who was able to raise a support ticket on our behalf. The issue is now resolved.
