My legal agreements have an open ___space to write in the date. Can I digitally input the date in this space with Docusign or do I have to hand write it in?

Hi, So far the help section and videos have been inforamative, I am trying make make 1 Template with 3 documents with several fields that repeat. I thought that if I saved a custom field and used it throughut the document that they would populate the same information (like "Phone Number" from a text field) throughout the documents. That would be 1 of the reasons why i want to use docusign. Is this true or am I imuting the fields wrong (must the "shared" box be checked)?yhank you 

I have an envelope that expired and went into VOID status.  The transaction is still open so I would like to continue using the envelope.  Just change the exiration date which I now realize was too short.

How can I combine existing templates?

We have been exploring DocuSign’s eSignature (Embedded Signing and Embedded Sending) and the APIs are integrated with our product (note that the product is developed using C#, Asp.Net, MVC technologies). It fulfills much of our requirements, but due to security concern we cannot allow our documents to be available outside the network. We want following features but with on-premises hosting: a.            On-premises signing. Documents must not be available outside our network. b.            Any authorized system user should be able to raise signing request on a document with multiple recipients. c.             We want document to be signed using eSignature (NOT the digital signature). d.            Tagging (where recipient must sign the document). e.            Routing (order in which recipients should sign the document). f.             Reminders and notifications. g.            Tracking Document Status (C

I have created a template for all available tags. These are standard tags, not custom. The tags are all anchored with special scripting like \\\\S-1\\\\. I would like to generate a report (Excel) that has the Recipient, Label, anchor text, formating properties, and conditional fields. Is it possible to generate a report against standard tags? (I think you can do it with custom tags) Whenever a change is made, this report would help others to rebuild the template according to spec.

Hi,I'm trying to set up a workflow with selective document visibility but I'm having some trouble. The workflow I'm trying to create is as below:- Signer 1 - has visibility of document 1, completes and signs- Signer 2 - has visibility of document 1 & 2, completes document 1, completion of document 2 is dependent on information provided by Signer 1. Therefore, document 2 is not always needed.- Signer 3 - has visibility of documents 1 & 2, merely has an approve button on each to check the documents are correct.- Signer 4 - has visibility of document 1, signs and completes.Each signer then receives an email with the completed docs, which includes document 2 regardless of whether it has actually been used or not.My question is this - is there any way Signer 2 can delete document 2 where it is not needed, i.e. where signer 1 answers 'no' to the relevant question and doc 2 is not needed?Many thanks in advance!  

I have 3 users who want to use a single corporate Outlook email account so they can all manage documents. They want the emails sent for signatures to identify that they are from the IT Planning department and not from them personally. My idea was to create the corporate Outlook account and create a DocuSign account usinig the corporate email address. They can all share the Outlook account and manage the emails. The issue: After activating the DocuSign account whenever they attempt to log into DocuSign again they are prompted that the password is incorrect and they must reset the password.Will my idea work and if so why are they getting prompted for a new password each time they try to log in?Thanks for any help!
