Is the system down? I can’t access a document sent to me for signature. It shows up in documents, but it doesn’t recognize it when I click on the document.

Problem solved! This was all related to the Browser I was using. I normally use Firefox. It wouldn’t work with the documents I was sent from a Credit Union. However, I was able to use Firefox to sign documents earlier in the week. When a business sets up there DocuSign account they must be able to select preferred Browsers. Seems ridiculous, but that is what I am seeing.
