Can't access document, not recognized

Is the system down?  I can’t access a document sent to me for signature. It shows up in documents, but it doesn’t recognize it when I click on the document.

Problem solved!  This was all related to the Browser I was using. I normally use Firefox. It wouldn’t work with the documents I was sent from a Credit Union. However, I was able to use Firefox to sign documents earlier in the week.  When a business sets up there DocuSign account they must be able to select preferred Browsers. Seems ridiculous, but that is what I am seeing.

If you have an account in DocuSign, try logging in with your account to access and sign the Envelope.

If you did not receive an email notification to sign the envelope you may follow the steps provided in the link below.
