I understand that everyone is excited about AI and you are quickly integrating every new fangled cool variation on that into this product. But usability is also greatly affected by other components. The fact that contracts are still downloading as .zip files (yes. even single documents) is infuriating and archaic. I frankly would dump 80% of the fancy coloured bar graphs to not have to unpack a zip file every time an agreement is signed. It is a colossal and expensive waste of my time.
