When my PowerForm is accessed through the URL, a message comes up that indicates they need to click a link. The link isn’t clickable and they have already gone to that URL to get to that point. Anyone know how I can get rid of that notation?  

Hello,I have an envelope template which requires two signers. The first signer are customers that we work with and the second signer is somebody internal whom has to sign off on the document. I want to find a way where the second signer can view the details of the first signer, but when the form is complete, the first signer cannot see the details that was input into the form once they receive their completed copy.Is this possible? How can this be done?

There is an error on my invoice, so I try to contact Docusign Support. But no success.None of the login options on https://support.docusign.com/CSP_DSClogin?ec=302&startURL=%2Fs%2Fcases work for me.Choosing “eSignature, IAM Applications, Rooms, CLM, Notary” I get:“Unable to log in.If this is your first login attempt after purchasing a DocuSign plan, allow 15 minutes for account creation before accessing your account.For all other log in scenarios,  contact DocuSign Support  for assistance.”Which brings me back to the open the case page and back to non-functioning login. C’mon guys, really? is it how badly you want to loose customers that you don’t even give them the option to contact you?

Hello, I recently purchased a DocuSign plan “Standard” for our company.I purchased it with my email address, but I won’t be the one signing in the future, hence I wanted to change the admin/login email from mine to the one of the user who will be the signee. I logged into acount.docusign.com/me with my email address, started the process to change the email address, and received the confirmation code to the new email address.Upon entering this code, I receive the following error message. The same issue was already raised in this forum last year.I tried all the troubleshooting suggestions mentioned in that thread but no luck. Creating a new admin user is no o

I'm new here. When I use email to send signature request emails, I want to modify the style of the emails that users see. I have only found how to modify the color, subject, and email description, but there are many things I can't seem to modify, such as the text on the button, the text description for requesting signatures, etc. Are those can be modified?  

If i create an envelope with multiple documents and multiple signer (ex. 2 docs and 2 signer)if i dont sign one of the documents of envelope with a specific signer, and terminate processall docs of the envelope are considered signed? how can i down the status of the single docs?

I have clients that might need to add an additional document, however, it would be as needed per client and per their discretion. Is there a way to give recipients the option to add an additional document? It would be the same document they are already signing, just additional ones. 

How do I remove the DocuSign ID that is posted at the top of all documents? I can see many help articles for the old experience, but can't see anything for the current experience.

Hi,I am fairly new to DocuSign. I have successfully sent one ‘Bulk Send’ file two weeks ago. Now trying to send another, I am getting a ‘Bulk Send Error Message’ stating; Tab is placed off of the page. Tab is located off page 1.  I have ensured the check box is inserted within the margins of the document and sent using a CSV file but still getting the same error message. Any thoughts appreciated.    

I have a confirmed accessible Word document that I have uploaded to a template.  I have made sure all fields have meaningful data labels and tool tips.  I have sent the form to myself so I might test the signing experience with NVDA.  (I am just learning how to use NVDA by the way.)I am able to navigate through the fields just fine.  All of the fields announce properly.  However, there are additional paragraphs that provide important information that are not part of the form fields.  How do I tell the screen reader to read them?  I have tried NVDA + Down Arrow: Start reading from the current position. We are sending hundreds of contracts for our clients to sign weekly but we need them to sign with a signature matching their ID. When they once adopt an incorrect signature and we send them a new envelope to fix the signature, they are unable to change it. There’s no way to do it. This is the most basic functionality of DocuSign and users should be able to access the signature adoption window again and update their signature. Online support has not been able to resolve the issue or even schedule a time for a videocall in 3 weeks time and all the community chats seem to not know the answer to this issue either because there isn’t one. This should be an easy fix for your IT department!Can you please create a support article that is plainly for free users trying to change their signature after setting it, and clearly state that this is impossible. Then list the steps for contacting the sender so they can make whatever changes are necessary on their end. It will save many people

When trying to sign a document via Gmail or GDrive using the Docusign eSignature for Google Workspace add-on I’m getting “DocuSign encountered an unexpected error. Please refresh and try again or contact support.” error message. Clearing cache, switching network, using a different browser doesn’t help. The add-on  installed by admin and is allowlisted.

I can't send a document for multiple recipients to sign because of the error "Your account isn't authorized to set the Allow Comments option." I don't see or want to enable comments, but that doesn't send the document for signature. Thanks.

Can’t send my document, I don’t care about no comments, i used a PDF, no comments on the DocuSign either, I don't know this error. I already changed to a paid plan to add more signers, this DocuSign is so freaking annoying. already read all the posts here to. “open a case” is a joke, right?

Hi,As a government entity after a document is signed we must often post it on our county website.  We’ve noticed that the post-signature download pdf looses its tagging.  At least we think that is what is happening.  Thus I have two questions:1st QuestionAssuming the Word document originally uploaded to the envelope meets the following accessibility standards:Alternative text Use of Style Headings Accessible table formatting Meaningful Document Properties Title Properly tagged email and webpage links.Shouldn’t the signed document keep these tags in the signed PDF version?2nd QuestionI’m attaching two post-signed downloads.  When I run the documents through Adobe Pro’s accessibility checker there is one error.  The error is the same for both documents.  Tagged annotations - Failed.  Element 1.Normally I can click on Element 1 and the offending object highlights on the document

We usually send envelopes that are signed by several people. Whenever a person has signed, we receive an email confirmation.We would prefer to receive the confirmation email with the final document only after all signatures have been completed. This setting is not yet possible. Would it be possible to implement this in the near future? Thank you very much and best regardsConstantin Heers

Hello,I have a problem with a bulk-send template. I created a template where the name of the employee and its personnel number should be populated out of an CSV file and should be first signed by the manager and after that signed by the employee. I have now two custom fields “Employee::FullName” & “Employee::PNr” which correctly fills the section but just AFTER the manager signed it. The issue is now the manager signs a document where he does not see for which employee it is. They only see the populated fileds after the signature of the employee. Is there a way that the document is populated with the information of the employee before the manager signs the document? and just after the managers signature will be sent to the employee to finalize it?Best,Alex

Hi everyone,I’m about to send out around 300 documents and trying to automatically include the client name in a completed PDF file name when sending from a Business Pro account. This is so I can bulk upload the agreements into our broader ERP system, and I’m struggling to get it working.Here’s what I’ve done so far: Created a Custom Field (text) called ClientName Added this field to my template  Set the template name to include {{ClientName}} Tested by sending an envelope to myself and filling in the ClientName field As the client/signer I can complete the field ok and the document content looks fine But the completed document file name never updates — it always ignores the merge field  My questions: Does my account require an additional module or settings to make this possible?
