Issue with IDNow and eSignature

I’m trying to sign a very important document. I already did the identification with IDnow and it was confirmed as completed. I can see in the certificate of docusign, that I passed the Identification process this morning. However, it doesn’t show my signature and if I try to sign again, it redirects me to IDnow advising “This identification for this Transaction Number has already been completed and cannot be restarted.”. It also didn’t forward the document to the next person in the signature order. 

 

Is there a way to fix this? We already tried restarting the whole document but this didn’t fix the issue, the exact same problem happened again.

Hi Jenny, 

unfortunately the signature process was canceled as my problem couldn’t be solved in time. I also reached out to the actual support but they were not fast enough and also didn’t know what was causing the issue. IdNow couldn’t tell me either. I’m just hoping next time when I’ll have to use Docusign, it won’t happen again.
