Can’t send my document, I don’t care about no comments, i used a PDF, no comments on the DocuSign either, I don't know this error. I already changed to a paid plan to add more signers, this DocuSign is so freaking annoying. already read all the posts here to. “open a case” is a joke, right?

Hello,I have a problem with a bulk-send template. I created a template where the name of the employee and its personnel number should be populated out of an CSV file and should be first signed by the manager and after that signed by the employee. I have now two custom fields “Employee::FullName” & “Employee::PNr” which correctly fills the section but just AFTER the manager signed it. The issue is now the manager signs a document where he does not see for which employee it is. They only see the populated fileds after the signature of the employee. Is there a way that the document is populated with the information of the employee before the manager signs the document? and just after the managers signature will be sent to the employee to finalize it?Best,Alex

I'm getting this error:Error uploading CO ALF SIGN 09 15 23.pdf: DOCUMENTS_EDITOR:UNSUPPORTED_PDF_CONTENTIn the past I have used DocuSign and now want to come back but all my “old” pdf’s no longer are allowed to be uploaded and give an error. I have tried flattening the layers but there were not layers to begin with. So basically, like from 2023 ro now these are the same pdf i used in the past? attached is an example/ 

I have updated my signature to a handwritten version, but my name still appears as typed text instead of the handwritten signature.I don't know what to do anymore. Please help me.

Hello,I’m unable to pass the identity verification process using my passport.Could you please check what is going wrong on your side?My passport is valid (expiration date: June 2031).I noticed a consistent pattern: On the first attempt, the system always rejects my passport with the error "Wrong document shown", even though I’m using the correct document. On the second attempt, the passport is accepted, but the recognition process takes a very long time. After completing all steps, I receive the final error: "Your identity has not been verified". The sender of the document cannot change or disable the verification requirements, and I urgently need to sign a work contract. I’m at risk of losing my job if I cannot complete this process.Could you please investigate my case and advise what can be done?Thank you in advance.

Our administrator is no longer with the company, and we need to assign a new administrator. How can we accomplish this?

Our HR dept on many occasion has to send a document which has several signature fields in it that they need to sign. Is it possible that these fields can be auto filled by signing just once?If yes, can this also be done with multiple documents so long as they are in the same envelope?

I can use the home page one time to click on a previously signed document, then forever after when I come back to it the ability to scroll disappears after 2 seconds and I can access my documents. This is really frustrating, I can’t use Docusign at all while this bug is happening.I suspect the cause might be to do with the popup telling me my trial will expire soon, which pops up the first time, and after I close it things work, but after coming back again there’s just the delay before scrolling breaks as though it’s trying and failing to show me a popup?I am going to have to cancel before my trial expires because I have time sensitive documents to sign.Also, it’s really difficult to navigate the support for a new user. The categories are very cryptic.

is is possible to set up defaults on our accounts so that we are not changing every single field when setting up an esignature file? I want to be able to start a file to send to a client and not have to go and change the font and color for every field. it is super cumbersome. 

I have a free docusign account I’ve had for years.  I received a document to sign and imported a signature written on an 8.5x11 sheet.  Sent it back.  It cannot be accepted because the actual signature is too small.So, I need to change my signature.  I cropped it down and am trying to import the cropped signature.  Nothing works.Within the document I need to sign, neither left clicking or right clicking brings up the “EDIT MENU”So, I go to my account.  I log in, and go to my “MANAGE PROFILE”.  No signatures show up.  Only name, address, etc.  I go to my profile and click on “SETTINGS” and there’s nothing there about a signature either. HOW DO I CHANGE MY SIGNATURE??? I would be glad to delete my account and open a new one, but I didn’t see the option of doing that except for the 15 day trial.  I’m an individual.  I don’t need to pay to sign documents.  I shouldn’t have to go to all this trouble to esign documents.On the

On startup of the print driver, once it is idle you get a popup notification at the bottom right corner of the screen that says that the driver is idle. This is unnecessary and I don’t see a way to turn it off.

Good morning.I am working on a DocuSign Template for our HR department and they have a clear demand and that is that they only want 1 DocuSign document will existi with all signatures without those provided a signature having a copy of what they have signed? If this possible within DocuSign.So, for example:HR department fills in a PDF with fields Document is send to department head (for signing) Department head signs and using Specify Recipient  The new recipient (will always be someone from our company) will get the document to sign He signs Document comes back to HR and HR is finally signingNow the wish of HR is that by the end only one document (number 6) exist in Docusign without having any copies of those signed previously the document. Seems to me impossible to achieve but……Thanks.

My free trial expired. I purchased a monthly subscription.  When I logged in after that purchase and attempted to send my document, when I hit send, I received an “account suspended free trial expired” notice.  I have paid for my account. I have the receipt.This is extremely frustrating as I just made the decision to purchase a paid account. There is no phone number or email address to get help. 

HelloI have the Attach certificate of completion in Admin→Envelope Delivery set to disable   However,   i have one use-case using a DocuSign Template,  where I would like the CoC attached to the email is it possible to enable Coc attached to an emal notification only when using a particular template,    while leaving the admin certificated of completion disabled for other users?  

Community,Need some help with bulk sending please!My custom fields are not being recognized when starting an envelope, then opening the template, and selecting the csv below. When I download a sample csv, it doesn’t have most of the custom fields that have been created.I’m sure the csv header is not pulling across or formatted correctly.Thanks!

Currently, I can only move one document at a time by dragging it with the mouse, and even then, it only shifts by about two rows. Also, I can't select more than one file at a time. I paid a monthly subscription to get some documents signed. I did it with an e-mail account that was invited to a team.Today, I couldn’t access that account. I couldn’t reset the password because it says there’s no account associated to my e-mail. So I created a new account with the same e-mail of the one I had the paid version. Now this new account does not show as paid, and my document is nowhere to be seen. I cannot log in in the support center webpage because I get the error from the attached image, so there is technically no way to contact support for me. I tried a different browser, and I also tried incognito mode. I keep getting the same error. It is urgent that i need my document. How can it be that a paying costumer can get no access to support?

My organization needs to be able to sign checks to make payments to vendors electronically. QBO does not have this feature and I am endeavoring to use Docusign.1.) Will vendors be able to cash checks in California/USA with a Docusign signature on signature line2.) Is there a docusign addon that works with QBO to add the signature when I go to print?

The law require me to get a proof of reception by the tenants when he open the document. The tenant do not have to sign the document. HOW TO DO THIS IF IT IS POSSIBLE?  iF NOT CREATE THAT OPTION.Guy Vandandaigue

I just created a group in Docusign Admin.  When i go to add users there is no search.  I have 7195 users.  scrolling through them all is not very good.Thanks 

Hi,I need to report on specific batch #’s, from a bulk send, i’m not finding any capabilities that does this. I want to see all envelopes sent, completed, failed etc on each batch specifically. I can “filter” from the Bulk Send folder, but I need to pull a excel report, there is no option to download csv file. I’ve also clicked the three dots from the batch line, download csv isn’t available for the batch either. I’m my research i found that you can run an envelope recipient report and click “bulk send subject”, this isn’t even an option in reporting columns.  We have sent multiple bulk send batch's over 10K envelopes, i need to report on each batch, how can I do this? Please adviseThanks

Hello, it it possible to prevent users to add additional fields on the document when they have the permission to add a secound email / signer to the envelope? So prevent the user to access the full functionality of the  prepare & send  → Just have the “Send”   Thank you in advance! Kai

The standard fields column on the left and the formatting column on the right will not stay locked in place when I scroll through the document.
