How do you create a signing group?  I have an admin account but do not see the signing gruop option in my contacts setting.

Hello,I'm in a dispute and someone claim to have a document signed by me using docusign. They took another signed document by me and pasted my signature (with the docusign ID watermark) into another document I never signed. Of course In my DS account there is no such document. How can I prove the document is fake? I'm a free user of docusign. I can't prove I never sent this via email as I shared a group of documents in a drive folder, and they claim that document was inside the folder, and then removed.

I’ve received an old employment contract from my employer, which is different from the one I have. I want to check if this document is legit, as it was apparently sent and signed using Docusign, but I can’t find the original emails. I have the Docusign envelope ID, and the codes underneath each signature. Can these be used to verify if the document is legit?

Clicking on almost anything within the web portal takes up to a full minute or more to respond. Doesn’t matter what browser is used.  Any ideas of what the issue might be or how to resolve?

Hi everyone,When I use /v2.1/accounts/{accountId} this api to get seatInUse field, some account can return number, some are return null.this account seatInUse is null this is normally  May I ask what this field is related to? And can you analyze for me under what circumstances there will be a quantity of seatInUse?Thanks a lot!

I send out documents for signature once signed and completed i download then signature looks as if it was copied and pasted. Why???

I received email from dse@email.docusign.net adress.Is it a real Docusign email or is it a fake ?Best Regards

The instructions I was given included this: NOTE: When you are prompted to sign the document, please click "Review Documents" and NOT "Sign on paper". "Review Documents" allows us to collect the documents electronically rather than by fax. But as far as I can tell the only thing I can do with the document is to sign it.  Any idea what I'm supposed to do? I'm using the web app in Chrome.  The specific sub-domain is na2.docusign.net (NOTE: I've been unable to get hold of the person who gave me the above instructions, so I can't ask for any clarification).

I have sent an envelope to multiple recipients, and 3 of the 4 have signed. However, the email address assigned to the last recipient is incorrect, but I am not seeing any way to correct this at this time -- There is no ‘Correct’ button visible or any way I can see to update this recipients email without recreating the entire envelope. Need assistance to get this resolved without having to re-create and re-send this contract to all clients.Envelope ID *********************************

We have a DocuSign workflow with six signers. The envelope is first sent to the primary owner, and after they sign, it is sent simultaneously to five joint owners. A 48-hour auto-void policy is configured. For example, after the primary owner signs, the five joint owners receive the envelope at the same time. If three of the joint owners complete signing while the remaining two have not signed, and the envelope is then voided, I have the following questions:Even though the envelope has been voided, is it still possible to retrieve the signed document for the recipients who completed signing before the envelope was voided? Is the Certificate of Completion still available for a voided envelope? If so, does it include the signing activity of the recipients who signed before the envelope was voided?

Hi. Every time I am trying to open document which I need to sign message ‘’You’ve reached the authentication limit’’ appears on screen. However I do not exceed the limit of attempts. I have tried next day and day after, same issue. Please investigate issue.

how do i remove signature put in wrong place in my document

I frequently am creating form templates that have multiple fields that are of the same width and or height, and when creating these it is very frustrating that if I ever want to make one of them, say, be a taller field while still being the same width as the others, I cannot do this in any clear way that I can find. Even more frustrating is when I have several identical fields, and then need to edit the form in order to increase the height of them, but want to preserve them having the same width as each other. With the current field resizing tools, I can only adjust field sizing by dragging the corners, which adjusts both the height and width simultaneously - which makes it impossible to not change both at once, which makes it extremely imprecise, and effectively impossible to not at least slightly change the other dimension. There is no way to do something like hold ctrl to change this behavior, and bafflingly there is no way to adjust a field by dragging from one of the flat edges rat

I have created a PowerForm for my organization to use and have tested it out a few times.   The PowerForm has multiple approvers, with the first person using it filling in the next level approvers.  When the next approvers get the email to sign, it looks like I personally, as the creator of the PowerForm, sent them the document to review and sign, even though it really is coming from the initial user of the PowerForm.    Is there anyway around a PowerForm request looking like it came from the creator of the PowerForm other than having to set up a “no reply” email account to transfer the PowerForm ownership to?

Where can I find the total document storage used by each DocuSign account? I did a little digging and it doesn’t seem like this is possible with the API.

I need to add a form to a current template or basically merge 2 templates if possible.  Can anyone explain to me how do do that? It is so hard not being able to call for help. So I would appreciate feedback. Thank you in advance 🙂

Hi,I have an envelope with seven different documents both Excel and Word. They need to be signed from a supplier and our management. When creating the envelope, I didn’t see buttons/ options to set and define the signature fields.Strangely, before submitting the envelope for signature, DocuSign system asks me if I don’t prefer adding fields. My question is: HOW?Thank you for your help!

My DocuSign demo account is not sending email notifications to signers for envelopes created. Despite everything worked fine earlier. There are no junk file issues, and i have configured all notification preferences according to solutions / documentation found. Are there any recent updates or changes to DocuSign Demo account settings that could effect Email notifications?Or Anything that i might have missed to set up notifications.Any Suggestions or solutions Would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!

Estou tentando assinar um documento mas sempre esta dando erro, alguém poderia me ajudar?

I am going to replace the document of my template with its new version. Some fields (powered by DocuSign) will be deleted and some new ones are to be added. My concern is, does it take effect to already signed and submitted documents? If I delete some DocuSign fields, are those fields deleted from older documents?

Hello,We are trying to stack 3 different templates in one envelope with each template having a different signing order.Template 1: Officer, Member, Internal DeptTemplate 2: VP Officer, MemberTemplate 3: Member, Internal DeptWhen reviewing prior to sending these docs in one envelope, the signing order is duplicating the Internal Dept. Is there a way to avoid duplicates in these cases? Thanks!

i have three tenants that need to sign before a witness. can they use the same witness

I cannot “correct” a document I sent, no signatures have been started yet.  The account is called HR@  so I am the sender for the HR account.  I cc’d my name on the document but technically “HR” is the sender.  How can I correct?

Hi,I sent an envelope and need to correct one letter in a recipient’s email address.I’ve read the support/community posts saying I should be able to correct the recipient email after sending, but I’m not seeing the Correct option or a clear way to edit the email address. What I’ve already checked: I am the sender/owner of the envelope. This is a paid DocuSign account. The envelope has not been completed. One person has signed. I only need to correct one letter in the email address. I do not want to void the envelope and resend it. Can someone tell me why I’m not seeing the option to correct the recipient email, or where exactly I should go to make this change?

We use to get the completed document attached to the completed email. In the last few weeks, DocuSign stopped sending the PDF document. What happened? How can this be fixed?
