Completed Document- No Visable Signature?

When I open the completed document I do not see a signature.  I also need to forward this document to 3 people once it is signed.

Based on what you've shared, if there's no signature showing up on the completed document, it probably means no signature fields were added for the recipient, or they were marked as optional. Since you can't correct a completed envelope, you'll need to send a new one. You can copy the original envelope,  add a signature field for the recipient, then set it as required. For reference:

As for forwarding the document to those 3 other people, there are different options. You can CC them at the end of the signing order on your new envelope, so they'll get it right after everyone signs. Another is use Docusign's forward feature or, just forward the completed notification email you get to them. Here are the articles:
