Hello DocuSign Community,

I have a use case and I’m not sure if it can be handled easily.

We need to send 300 envelopes (one document each) to 300 different recipients, all requiring a signature from the same Sales Responsible. Having them sign each envelope manually is very time-consuming. Are there any DocuSign features or APIs that could help streamline or automate this process?

Thank you!

Hello @Usha,

Thank you for reaching out here in Docusign Community.

PowerForm is what I can recommend to use in this situation. With PowerForms, you can create a Docusign transaction without having to send the documents from your Docusign account.

You can link the PowerForm on your website, or distribute it as a secured link through email.

Create and Use PowerForms

Please take note that an envelope is counted when a signer clicks the Begin Signing button.

If you found the provided response to be a useful solution to your question, please mark it as the best answer by clicking “Select as Best” to make it easier for other users to find.

Hi @marco.tanglao

My use case is:

  • 300 separate envelopes

  • 300 different recipients

  • Same Sales Responsible must sign every envelope

  • Goal: avoid the Sales Responsible manually signing 300 times

How will Power forms help in this situation.

Hello @Usha,

PowerForms are designed for self-service signing.

Each time a recipient accesses the PowerForm link, DocuSign creates a new envelope. Within the PowerForm configuration, you can predefine the next signer (such as the Sales Rep in your case), and the envelope will automatically route to them after the initial signer completes their action.

However, there is no way to prevent the Sales Rep from manually signing the envelope if they are included as a recipient. The only alternative would be to use a document that has already been signed by the Sales Rep, but this would mean they would not have the opportunity to review the document before it is sent.
