The recent change to the document format we send to customers is creating significant issues. The current appearance is less professional—oversized, opaque boxes now block out text and lines on the contract, even when reduced to the smallest possible size. This makes it difficult for customers to fully understand exactly what they are signing.
Previously, the signature fields were transparent, allowing all text to remain visible. The new look not only obstructs important content but also presents a cluttered, confusing, and unrefined appearance. From a customer-facing perspective, this is a step backward in clarity and professionalism.
Can you explain the reasoning for moving away from the transparent design? We would strongly recommend reverting to the prior format to ensure contracts remain both visually clear and professionally presented.
