Hello, I have established a group within DocuSign for the purpose of sending envelopes. I am interested in automating the process of envelope creation using Power Automate. However, I have encountered an issue where the "Add recipient to an envelope v2" action does not provide an option to select a group as the recipient, only individual users.I would like to know if it is indeed possible to utilize Power Automate to send envelopes to an existing group.Thank you for your assistance.Power Automate action screenshot (image edited to remove personal information)

When I sign a document using SharePoint online, it does not store the document as a new version of the selected document selected to sign. it used to work fine last week- It does not update the document in SharePoint online even it does not show the signature but when I download the document form the DocuSign account it does show the signature. 

I’m testing DocuSign within Power Automate with a document that has multiple checkboxes. Is there a way to add multiple checkbox tabs to a document? The issue I’m running into is I have multiple anchor strings for each checkbox and they all show up, but when I select one of the checkboxes in DocuSign all checkboxes change to that selected value.  Is there a way to make each checkbox independent of one another?  Am not seeing this issue with the Initials tab type.

We are using Docusign with dynamics 365 and want to make a seamless in person signing experience from a Quote.  There is no documentation out there on this and the GetSigningView function available in Dynamics 365 Workflows.  I can get the SigningView, but it is not opening the URL for the signing experience.  All of the documentation is for sending envelopes out for signature, not for use with in person signatures.  Any help would be appreciated.

I'm trying to use the Outlook 365 DocuSign add-in to send and sign documents straight from my Outlook Web Application. Every time I try to open and initialize the app in the Edge browser it starts but before it asks me to sign in an error pops up that says "Please disable browser privacy setting Prevent cross-site tracking and reload the add-in". I have added exceptions for Docusign and Outlook and even turned off this setting entirely. The error message is still there. What more can I do to get the Docusign add-in for Outlook in Edge to work?

I have a short agreement called simply "agreement." It is less than a page long. It calls for 2 signatures.

There were recent updates to the Outlook plug-in that take away the conveniences of what eSignature used to provide. There are now more clicks, it's less intuitive, and the original subject line is erased from the Email Subject on the DocuSign pop-up (where you enter additional recipients) - which makes it look like spam. Not a fan.

This was asked (regarding Estimates) in post https://support.docusign.com/s/topic/0TO1W0000007KF8WAM/netsuite?t=1619547558516, but is this general behavior for any record type, in that the latest version of DocuSign for NetSuite does not attach the document to the NetSuite record by default any longer (as the last version did)?

Dear all,In our company we are using Dynamics 365 for our CRM.For our process of sending quotes to our customers and giving them the ability to sign digitally, we use an integration of DocumentsCorePack and Docusign, which is working very well!After signing the document we want to move the signed document to a specific Sharepoint Online Folder. The trigger and actions for Docusign and Sharepoint in Microsoft Flow should be the ideal building blocks for automating this process.I've now setup a simple process of a DocuSign trigger that is checking if a envelope reaches the status 'completed' ("When an envelope status changes (Connect)") after which I use the DocuSign action for retrieving the documents from the envelope ("Get envelope documents") - see attached picture of the Flow. Although straightforward, the process doesn't start when I test it by signing and completing envelopes...It seems as if there's no connection between Flow and Docusign,

Has anyone tried sending mail merges with Outlook that include individualized attachments for signature with DocuSign? Also, are we able to manage those documents signatures via DocuSign?

Hi I have a sharepoint list, that on a new entry fires a MS flow to send a Docusign Template out and pull into the template some of the sharepoint fields for that new row i added. I have managed to get it to pull through some dynamic content from my Sharepoint list, but not all. The fields that work are where i have setup signatures in the template. I created some custom fields in docusign and addeded these to template but i have not managed to get the MS flow action "Send Envelope with Template" to show / use custom fields. e.g. if i had a field called salary, i would like this to be pulled from my SP List. However as you can see it just shows signature fields in the attached despite having this placedholder added to the template
