I have an envelope with multiple recipients set in a power automate flow. It all works sending it out and getting it signed.
Since we have 5 people we need to sign the doc one after the other, I would like to be able to see progress as people sign it. So when the first person signs, I will update a sharepoint list that they have, then the next, then the next etc.
I have tried a flow which is triggered by all the different docusign status changes: completed, sent, resent, accept clicked etc. But it seems to only be triggered when the first one is sent out (or the last one if set to completed). I would like to be able to log when each person signs it.
Is there any way of doing this?

Hello,
Are you using a Signing Order in the Envelope? Or sending the envelope for everybody at the same order?
Try to use a Signing Order then set a order number for each recipient.
