Use groups as recipients in Power Automate

Hello, I have established a group within DocuSign for the purpose of sending envelopes. I am interested in automating the process of envelope creation using Power Automate. However, I have encountered an issue where the "Add recipient to an envelope v2" action does not provide an option to select a group as the recipient, only individual users.

I would like to know if it is indeed possible to utilize Power Automate to send envelopes to an existing group.

I’m sorry to hear that you weren’t able to add the group you’ve created. I understand you would like to use groups in Power Automate.


Unfortunately, at the moment the option is not available, however there is an enhancement request to add this function which is open and in evaluation from our engineering team to see if it can be added. I recommend you keep an eye out on our Release Notes
