Show "There are no records to display" message in Power Pages

Hi Community

I’m having issue with Power Platform - Power Pages integration. I followed the exact steps described in both Docusign and Microsoft official documents. Everything goes well until “View and Sign” document part. It says “There are no records to display”.

 

Appreciate any help.

I am sorry to hear that your Power Automate/Power Page workflow is not working as expected, but I will help you get to the bottom of the issue.

 

The behavior you describe leads me to believe that there could be a missing requirement in your configuration, preventing your user from adding the document record to the table.

 

Please ensure that you have the following requisites set in your integration:

  • Standard data model
  • Multi-step form linked to a Dataverse table
  • Creating a new activity allowed in the table properties
  • Authenticated users 
  • eSignature template.
