Hi guys,

 

I am running into this error code: 

The request failed. Response content: '{"errorCode":"USER_NOT_ACCOUNT_ADMIN","message":" User is not an account administrator."}'.

The action “when an envelope status changes” throws this error.

Is this a “not admin in Docusign” or “not admin in PowerAutomate” error? There are no further information given.

A few weeks ago, this action was normally running.

This error message is related to not being a DocuSign Administrator, so maybe the user permissions in DocuSign eSignature have been changed since or someone else has deleted the DocuSign Connect Configuration?

“When an envelope status changes” is related to DocuSign Connect, which can only be configured as DocuSign Admin under Settings → Integrations → Connect

The configuration will be created from Microsoft Power Automate when setting up a workflow with this trigger.


We’ll try it. Everything seems a little bit more difficult since we are using the CFR 21 Part 11 Compliance accounts.
