Hello!Has anyone encountered an issue where a role (Sales Rep) is getting a message - "You do not have privileges to view this page" upon hitting Send with Docusign button in the sales order page? The document to be signed still generates. I compared the Sales Rep and Sales Manager role (can access the envelope) but I can't see any significant differences in their permissions that is preventing the sales rep role from accessing the envelope.Confirmed the following setting is enabled in Docusign: Log into your DocuSign account. Navigate to Go to Admin > Sending Settings and enable the setting, Allow sender to download form data. thank you

I have installed DocuSign e signature for Salesforce and Conga Composer application from App exchange in Salesforce dev org.  And integrating Conga with DocuSign add DocuSign parameter to send Document for Signature using conga custom button. But I have getting an error “There was an issue Processing the conga composer Request”. Why I am getting this error.DocuSign package in salesforce: DocuSign App launcherI’m giving below these parameters in conga Custom button. I am looking for ways to request signatures from several people automatically, I have verified that Docusign supports the use of electronic signature (through a card reader or USB port) but I cannot find the correct configuration to request it through the power automate platform In fact, I can't even find the option to request it through the docusig website. Does anyone know how to change this signature request?

We have added configuration in DocuSign→ Integration→ Connect → Add configuration→ Configured API URL → checked all the Trigger event for DocuSign.When I tried to run the power automate it is giving me the below error. Could anyone let us know what is the cause of failing this power automate 

Within Monday.com, I am clicking the Item and then choosing to create the envelope for Docusign. This opens the Docusign window with my account signed in. Based on the tutorial on how to use the Monday.com Docusign app, I should be able to select from a Template or Upload a new document file. These are options I have if I log in to the native Docusign website under my account, but I don’t see when creating the envelope from Monday.com. Has anyone else had this issue before? My workaround currently is to discard the envelope temporarily created and then I can see the option to create a new envelope from a Template.

I want to try SSO from salesforce user. I added my domain name in domains section in docusign but DNS is not verified till now.1.How can I verify DNS?2.When we clicked on docusign connected app from salesforce it asking for password to login?3.I want users to login as SSO with out entering any password? Any one please help me with this requirements 

We are looking for a more streamlined/consistent way to report off of DocuSign data.  We are aware of Agreement Actions and we have the Retrieve reporting product.  We are looking at potentially creating a data set with Retrieve and sending it to a “shared” location where our PowerBI (or other reporting tools) will connect to the file/data.  At that point, we can use PowerBI or other tool to manipulate the data, add charts/graphs, tables, create dashboards, etc.Does anyone use a specific other product that would allow us to be more consistent with accessing data from other systems, or from DocuSign, and for collecting real-time data such as status in order to create user dashboards?  Maybe I’m asking if there are specific products that utilize APIs for DocuSign as well as with other higher ed systems such as Banner, Concur, Contract Mgmt systems, Time keeping systems, etc.Thank you!Susan

am I charged envelop fees when I am using Outlook plugin to sign attachments? 

I have an envelope with multiple recipients set in a power automate flow. It all works sending it out and getting it signed. Since we have 5 people we need to sign the doc one after the other, I would like to be able to see progress as people sign it. So when the first person signs, I will update a sharepoint list that they have, then the next, then the next etc. I have tried a flow which is triggered by all the different docusign status changes: completed, sent, resent, accept clicked etc. But it seems to only be triggered when the first one is sent out (or the last one if set to completed). I would like to be able to log when each person signs it. Is there any way of doing this?Thank you. 

I’m setting up SSO through ADFS to our internal Active Directory.  The SAML response I’m getting is InvalidNameIDPolicy.  I imagine there is some mapping I’m missing.  The documentation isn’t clear.  I suspect I need to do the steps on this page, but what and where is unknown to me: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=rrf1583359212854&topicId=jrv1583359144203.html&_LANG=enus

If I have a document translated to 5 or 6 languages, does anyone have any experience setting up Salesforce to select a language prior to sending the document?  Thank you for your help!  I went through a bunch of documentation.

Hello everyone,I'm using TeamTailor to trigger/get a template from DocuSign. However, I'm encountering an error message: "Failed to fetch config from partner: 'This User lacks sufficient permissions. User does not have the permission to the RequestTemplates method'." I've tried troubleshooting on my own, but I'm unable to resolve this issue. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have installed the DocuSign for Salesforce core package in my sandbox. I want the recipient related list on contact with following fields   DocuSign Recipient Name, DocuSign Recipient Email, DocuSign Routing Order, Recipient Status, DocuSign Status Record, Date Sent, Date Delivered, Date Signed, Date Declined, Declined Reason I checked and found out that I do not have ‘dsfs__DocuSign_Recipient_Status__c’ Object in my sandbox that consist these fields. Can someone help me in adding this object or tell me whats wrong and what can ii do to get this. Thanks  

When logging into my account this morning all documents are missing and mu signature at the top is gone. Has anyone experienced this before? thank you

We have a client who wants to use the new DocGen features from Salesforce as they have a requirement for Dynamic Tables.Additionally, they would like to have a Partner on their Partner Portal utilise the same functionality (not embedded signature.)Anyone know if this is possible?

Docusign advertises pricing starting at $30 / user / month on their AppExchange listing (https://appexchange.salesforce.com/appxListingDetail?listingId=a0N30000001taX4EAI&tab=e)My Docusign sales rep claims that the edition referenced on the Salesforce AppExchange doesn’t work with Salesforce. If that is true, then I can’t find published pricing for Salesforce editions. Any have anything with official pricing for Salesforce supported versions?

I have recently set up an Azure enterprise app for SAML SSO, and it is working fine. However the only option in 'role assigned' is DocuSign Sender.We have in-company controls on who can send contracts, so i want that security group to be a sender but any new user across the business (in response to them signing a contract from another DocuSign using business) to be assigned as a DocuSign Viewer.Can i change this on the Azure Portal's enterprise app, or does this not matter? Inside DocuSign i have enabled soft account creation in response to an external signing request.thanks in advanceCharles

Dears,I’m using Document custom fields as Drop down in DocuSign gen template. My requirement is only send should be allowed to select the picklist values and for the recipients it should be read-only. Is it possible to achieve this, if yes, what should be Auto place text and anchor tags to be used. Appreciate help. Thanks. 

When I create an Envelope on an Opportunity in Salesforce and click the Save and Close button, I can find the Envelope, but I can’t open it to edit and send.Is there a way to have the saved Envelope write back to the Opportunity it was created from?And is there a way to open the Envelope and make changes to it before Send?Any help is greatly appreciated.

I’m using a template to create the document and filling in the the recipients before sending. The following answer appears: "The email address for the recipient is invalid. The recipient Id follows.”What does that mean? I tried to type in the email address without dynamic content and checked all possibilities mentioned here https://www.docusign.com/blog/developers/how-to-troubleshoot-invalid-email-errors.Here is the actual error code:{  "errorCode": "INVALID_EMAIL_ADDRESS_FOR_RECIPIENT",  "message": "The email address for the recipient is invalid. The recipient Id follows."} Hopefully, someone comes up with a solution. Many thanks in advance.BR, Lars
