Can I use DocuSign to fill out a pdf document within DocuSign and then send it for signature. I have DocuSign integrated with Jobber

We are using a Word-based Template with Salesforce and DocuGen, but there will be some sections in the PDF that will not be filled by Salesforce, is there a way to add on the Word template the open text boxes I was thinking maybe a tag exists for this, but I’m not finding in the documentation.Currently, it allows to add the open text box after the PDF is generated and prior to sending the document, but it is not scalable to add them manually each time after the document is generated.I see the Online Editor allows this mix of indicating Salesforce fields and add text boxes for the template, however, this editor is much more constrained in formatting options, so we would prefer it to be with the Word based Template.

I am using ‘Add recipient to an envelope (V2)’ in the Automate to send the pdf for signing to client. Now I want to add bcc and cc other team members too in that request. Is it possible?

Hi,When an envelop signature is completed, we expect this flow to run only once, but it gets triggered many times (between 4 to 11 times our users reported).We have tried to create with different versions of connectors. V1 the same issue, V2 does not work at all, v3 the same issue. Could you please guide us if there is something we can do, or is it a problem with the trigger itself and needs to be updated by Microsoft/Docusign?ThanksBest regardsHamed

Hi, I am setting up an Envelope Template and I have selected the checkbox “Attach documents from Salesforce record”. However, when I test this template out the files are not attaching from the ‘Notes & Attachments’ related list even though there is a record there.  

Hi Since last weekend my flow fails all the time due to problems with "When an envelope status changes (Connect) (V3)" stage as a trigger.The trigger does not pick up any envelopes sent from DocuSign and gives me this message all the time "Maximum number of Active custom connect configurations exceeded. Try disabling or removing existing custom configurations." I removed everything I could, checked my connections, there is not many and it still do not work. Everything was working fine last week and something happened over the weekend and cause this problem now.Please help.

I want to hide a field (OR suppress line break) if the salesforce field is null or blank in word template. I am not able to check for salesforce field null/blank value in the template. Thanks,,

I am currently using the DocuSign connector in Power Automate to send and receive e-signatures for documents. DocuSign application has the ability to set up sending reminders until the document is signed. However, I have tried setting up reminders through the settings menu, but have not received any reminder emails from the DocuSign application. Can you please help me solve this issue?

We have just updated our version of docusign which is integrated with Salesforce.  We have noticed that with this upgrade the button ‘sign now’ is now defaulted to zero (unticked) where as it used to be ticked.  It is just another small step that our workers need to remember to do in their process flow. Does anyone know if this default can be amended to = 1 (ticked) https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&rsc_301&bundleId=psy1581360698967&topicId=jba1581360655134.html&_LANG=enus  

Just this morning, my connection for Docusign Connect stopped working completely. I keep receiving the error: Request to the backend service timed out - and Error 503, or the service is unavailable.I immediately tried to re-validate the connection, that did not work. I then deleted it, now I’m unable to add it back. This has stopped our corporate paperwork system dead in its tracks.Has anyone else experienced an outage with the production connector for Docusign connect in power automate?I was able to add the demo connector without issue, but I am not completely unable to add the connector back even after sanitizing it from our environment.

Is it possible to download the documents from a completed envelope using power automate, I can currently only see actions to get document info, not the content or actual file. Thanks.

I would like to know if we can integrate docusign with profile software in 2023 tax forms ?

I tried using Power Automate to update the text in Custom fields from my excel sheet into the template that I have created in Docusign, I tried importing the info of the Custom field by using the function “Get Custom Field Info” but I noticed that it wont import anything and it will still show as successfully run. I am trying to import the field info so I can put that info to run the “Update the envelope custom field” which will update the values of the respective custom fields. Can anyone help me with this please?

I have a power automate flow in which I get a document from SharePoint, create an envelope with it, then send it to users to sign. Then, I use a separate flow that when the envelope status changes, to then get the completed document and create a file in SharePoint with it. I have run into a couple issues that I cannot solve: This DocuSign account will be used to send many types of documents but I only want one type of document to be sent to this SharePoint site (for example NDAs signed by employees but not contracts send to customers). Is this possible? Below is the second flow I was using but it is works for all envelopes rather than just what I want; and after succeeding, it tries to then run the same final action many times and fails. (my guess is that it’s because the envelope goes through many status changes before being completed but since you can only have one file with a specific name it can’t create a new one for each status change). Hi, I have integrated an application with DocuSign using the Apps and Integration keys in DocuSign, everything is working however when I promoted the app to Production it required an Admin to login and approve it but now the envelopes sent via the app are being allocated to the admin login whereas I had created the app under a service account and had hoped the envelope usage would be allocated to this account.  Is there any way to accomplish this?

I created a new field in Salesforce on the CPQ Quote object, API field is ‘All_TD_Product_Codes__c’. It is a Long Text (15,000).  It is visible to all Profiles. I go to DocuSign CLM > Admin > Form > ‘Order Form’ >  Add Fields > Link to Saleforce field and search for ‘All’ but it does not show up. Help? 

Hi Experts,We are planning to generate PDF documents for contracts in Salesforce. There is a limitation in salesforce that you can generate PDF only upto 2 MB size and also only 1000 requests per Org. Hence, we are unable to use Salesforce Omnistudio document generation. If we go with DocuSign solution, we will be able to accomplish the above requirements and what is the max size limit on the PDF and how many documents max we will be able to generate in an hour? I’m trying to make sure our users are only sending documents for signature that we approve of. We are using the managed package for the Salesforce integration and the users in SF need to match users in DS. The problem is I don’t want these users to be able to directly log in to our DS instance and send additional envelopes. Is there a DS permission profile that I can apply to their DS user accounts to limit their access? Would it be possible to have all documents sent for signature from SF use the same DS user account so that we can limit who can login to our DS instance? The ultimate goal is to have all our users sending documents for signature through client apps like Salesforce or other applications that call the DS API. We’re trying to keep a user from sending random envelopes from our instance using non-approved contracts. This way everyone is forced to use DS clients that have hard-coded templates they use every time.

Hello!Has anyone encountered an issue where a role (Sales Rep) is getting a message - "You do not have privileges to view this page" upon hitting Send with Docusign button in the sales order page? The document to be signed still generates. I compared the Sales Rep and Sales Manager role (can access the envelope) but I can't see any significant differences in their permissions that is preventing the sales rep role from accessing the envelope.Confirmed the following setting is enabled in Docusign: Log into your DocuSign account. Navigate to Go to Admin > Sending Settings and enable the setting, Allow sender to download form data. thank you

I have installed DocuSign e signature for Salesforce and Conga Composer application from App exchange in Salesforce dev org.  And integrating Conga with DocuSign add DocuSign parameter to send Document for Signature using conga custom button. But I have getting an error “There was an issue Processing the conga composer Request”. I am looking for ways to request signatures from several people automatically, I have verified that Docusign supports the use of electronic signature (through a card reader or USB port) but I cannot find the correct configuration to request it through the power automate platform In fact, I can't even find the option to request it through the docusig website. Does anyone know how to change this signature request?

We have added configuration in DocuSign→ Integration→ Connect → Add configuration→ Configured API URL → checked all the Trigger event for DocuSign.When I tried to run the power automate it is giving me the below error. Could anyone let us know what is the cause of failing this power automate
