I’m wanting to integrate Power Auotmate with DocuSign and want to know whether DocuSign Standard supports this. I understand Business Pro allows for integration but I have a customer with Business Standard licenses and I want to be able to tell them whether it’ll work with the licensing they currently have.

@drenz - the Docusign Power Automate connector will will work on the Standard plan. Our Power Automate integration requires DocuSign Connect, which is now available in Standard plans.

Additionally, though we are listed as a Microsoft “Premium” connector, we are in fact available as a standard connector. In other words, you do not need Power Automate licenses for Premium connectors to use the Docusign connectors.

@drenz - You need to make sure you have access to DS Connect on your Business Pro account.   Power Automate uses DS Connect to integrate with DocuSign.

I’m using the built in Power Automate DocuSign premium connectors and everything is working fine with a DocuSign Business Pro account. My question is around whether Power Automate integration will also work with a Standard account.

Thanks for that Tony

I’ve secured a Standard account and done some testing. I am able to get some of the Power Automate actions to work but some of them that use webhooks like “When an envelope status changes (Connect) (V3)” don’t work for me (error: This Account lacks sufficient permissions. Connect not enabled for account).

You said that DocuSign Connect is now available in Standard. I’m following the KB article on how to enable Connect https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=pik1583277475390&topicId=omo1583277385804.html&_LANG=enus but there is no ‘Connect’ option under the Integration menu. I have a trial of Business Pro and can see the ‘Connect’ menu under integrations.

Any idea how to enable Connect when the Connect menu item isn’t there?

@drenz - I recommend submitting a case with Docusign customer support. They should be able to enable Connect for you: https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/How-Do-I-Open-a-Case-in-the-DocuSign-Support-Center?language=en_US

Thanks Tony. I’ve submitted a ticket. Also, thanks for the info regarding licensing. It’s probably not a frequently enough asked question to put in the FAQ, but there’s not a lot of information out there that I could find in regards to this. I’d have just assumed it wasnt a feature that was available in Standard.

@drenz - thanks for the feedback on the licensing. We will update the DocuSign Connector for Power Automate user guide to explain the licensing more clearly.
