With DocuSign Apps Launcher can you move templates between enviroments?

Hi,

We are working on setting up DocuSign Apps Launcher - right now we are still in the planning phase and I want to know if I am able to move DocuSign Envelope Templates from Salesforce Sandbox to Production through a change set? I could not find the answer in help docs.
