I am sorry to hear that your signer hasn’t been able to access your envelope. but I will help find the root cause of the issue.
The screenshot provided shows a Microsoft integration with eSignature called Microsoft Teams Approvals.
Did you send your document as a transaction through this application?
Otherwise, your signers could access your envelope by following the link in the email notification or, in their DocuSign account, if they own an active user.
