Connection with CSC platform

Our CSC Entity Management platform claims to connect with Docusign but after uploading docs and selecting signers i get the message ‘envelope creation failed’. Why?

I’m sorry to hear that you are getting an error. I understand you are getting this error when trying to create the needed envelope.

 

Some integrations are owned by DocuSign to which we support and others are created by the other party to which they support, the one you mentioned is, unfortunately. not supported by us. CSC Entity Management support will be in the best position to help fix the issue.
