I have created template and attached the policy in that. And then using automate to create a pdf which needs signature and after that created envelop using template and then used add document action to add the pdf which needs sign. As of now when I am sending this to customer they can see both policy and pdf when click on review document button present in email.  Requirement is to attach the policy pdf as an attachment to the email not inside the envelop.   

We have a Salesforce object with a few record types. The object has a picklist with just few values available per record type. When have configures a template per the object record type in Docusign. I created a merge field that would write back to the salesforce picklist. I provided values I wanted to see in the list value yet I always see all possible values for the picklist.Is there a way to narrow them down just to the one I have configured on the template?

Hello,The x offset of the tab is not right, the actual text appears lower than expected. I’ve tried to change the x offset (pixels) value but nothing helps. I’m using Power Automate to fill in values in a document.Does anyone know how to solve this? 

I am trying to similar send with DocuSign button which we have created with DocuSign signature (Older Classic version) where we are composing and merging conga template and passing merged document to DocuSign. I am trying to achieve similar functionality on single click of the button on newer app, Any help is really appreciated. 

Hi Sir/Madam,docusign template assistant for word  is not available in my o365 tenant. Accordingto Microsoft, they had same issue on their test tenant as well. The “docusign template assistant for word” not populated or roll out in some of the tenant. Im facing this issue in my tenant as well. Their advice to check with Docusign support team to rectify it when it will be fully roll out to all tenant.  Do you have this issue as well? if yes, what is the advice and resolve this issue?

Im trying to pull fields from my deal in Hubspot directly into a docusign envelope. I know there is some integration and trying to create a custom one, but can’t find the missing piece.

Hi,I use Zoho CRM and I need to send documents to sign.the processo should be this: automatically the template should be filled w/data that already are in the crm record (let’s say in a contact)then the document should be sent using whatsapp and the sign should be done by SMS OTP  Authentication.I do not understand if this is possibile with Docusign or I need to find another provider.thanks

Hi, we have adopted DocuSign by integrating it into our SharePoint document management system. By starting the signing of a document (for example a transmission note) I need to attach the accompanying documentation. How do I upload documents from SharePoint? It seems that it is only possible to draw from the computer's local resources or from OneDrive. It would be crazy if you had to download documents locally from SharePoint and then upload them to DocuSign. Right? 

Hi, I have a merge field that is a State picklist field in Salesforce. I am trying to add that field to a template, however none of the values are being pulled over and it won’t let me save the template because it says “One or more of the dropdown fields doesn't have any options.”  I would assume that because this is mapped to Salesforce it would bring over all of the salesforce values. Is this incorrect? Am I to maintain both the salesforce picklist values AND DocuSign picklist values separately? Or am missing something in setting of of these fields.  

I am new to docusign and am looking to see if this is even possible.We create many different templates based off all of the same pages. Simple example.  Template 1 might have 6 pages of the exact same page and Template 2 is the same pages but only 4 copies of the same page.It is possible to make a worst case scenario situation template (has the most pages in it as possible),  populate the merge fields, and if certain fields are blank then hide/remove the pages with blank fields?   Basically is it possible to conditionally hide pages?  

How do you add an interactive table in a template envelope with information about the "Product" (standard salesforce object) associated with the Opportunity object? Is there a way to avoid creating a non-interactive table in Word?

We are using a Word-based Template with Salesforce and DocuGen, but there will be some sections in the PDF that will not be filled by Salesforce, is there a way to add on the Word template the open text boxes I was thinking maybe a tag exists for this, but I’m not finding in the documentation.Currently, it allows to add the open text box after the PDF is generated and prior to sending the document, but it is not scalable to add them manually each time after the document is generated.I see the Online Editor allows this mix of indicating Salesforce fields and add text boxes for the template, however, this editor is much more constrained in formatting options, so we would prefer it to be with the Word based Template.

I am using ‘Add recipient to an envelope (V2)’ in the Automate to send the pdf for signing to client. Now I want to add bcc and cc other team members too in that request. Is it possible?

Hi,When an envelop signature is completed, we expect this flow to run only once, but it gets triggered many times (between 4 to 11 times our users reported).We have tried to create with different versions of connectors. V1 the same issue, V2 does not work at all, v3 the same issue. Could you please guide us if there is something we can do, or is it a problem with the trigger itself and needs to be updated by Microsoft/Docusign?ThanksBest regardsHamed

Hi, I am setting up an Envelope Template and I have selected the checkbox “Attach documents from Salesforce record”. However, when I test this template out the files are not attaching from the ‘Notes & Attachments’ related list even though there is a record there.  

Hi Since last weekend my flow fails all the time due to problems with "When an envelope status changes (Connect) (V3)" stage as a trigger.The trigger does not pick up any envelopes sent from DocuSign and gives me this message all the time "Maximum number of Active custom connect configurations exceeded. Try disabling or removing existing custom configurations." I removed everything I could, checked my connections, there is not many and it still do not work. Everything was working fine last week and something happened over the weekend and cause this problem now.Please help.

I want to hide a field (OR suppress line break) if the salesforce field is null or blank in word template. I am not able to check for salesforce field null/blank value in the template. Thanks,,

I am currently using the DocuSign connector in Power Automate to send and receive e-signatures for documents. DocuSign application has the ability to set up sending reminders until the document is signed. However, I have tried setting up reminders through the settings menu, but have not received any reminder emails from the DocuSign application. Can you please help me solve this issue?

We have just updated our version of docusign which is integrated with Salesforce.  We have noticed that with this upgrade the button ‘sign now’ is now defaulted to zero (unticked) where as it used to be ticked.  It is just another small step that our workers need to remember to do in their process flow. Does anyone know if this default can be amended to = 1 (ticked) https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&rsc_301&bundleId=psy1581360698967&topicId=jba1581360655134.html&_LANG=enus  

Just this morning, my connection for Docusign Connect stopped working completely. I keep receiving the error: Request to the backend service timed out - and Error 503, or the service is unavailable.I immediately tried to re-validate the connection, that did not work. I then deleted it, now I’m unable to add it back. This has stopped our corporate paperwork system dead in its tracks.Has anyone else experienced an outage with the production connector for Docusign connect in power automate?I was able to add the demo connector without issue, but I am not completely unable to add the connector back even after sanitizing it from our environment.
