I had a POC up and running a couple of months ago and am the point where I want to put into production and now I can’t get basic Docusign mapping to work within a template.  Use case:  User fills out google form (also tested with Zapier form) and on submission kicks off a template in docusign.  On the docusign I have a document with fields that should be filled in/mapped from the google form submission.  At this point these are not getting filled in.  I can see the data flowing in Zapier from the google form submit.  I can also see the custom fields that I have added to the template.  But when I run the test, the custom fields are empty -- regardless of if I try to manually add text in the field in zapier (as a test) or if I put the google form data field in the Zapier field (how it would run in prod).I’m fairly certain this is the exact setup I had previously, but now I cannot get it to work.  Any ideas? EDIT:  Not sure if this matt

Hello Community,I'm integrating DocuSign with Power Automate and have encountered an error during the step "Get Document Generation Form Fields from Envelope." The error message returned is as follows: { "statusCode": 400, "body": { "errorCode": "DOCGEN_DOCUMENT_NOT_ALLOWED", "message": "DocGen document not allowed. Account does not enable AllowDocGenDocuments setting." }}It appears that the DocGen document settings might not be enabled for my account. Has anyone else faced this issue? If so, could you advise how to resolve it? Specifically, I'm looking for guidance on enabling the AllowDocGenDocuments setting in the DocuSign account or any alternative solutions you might suggest. Below you can find the flow. What I want to achieve is filling the DocuSign template with Microsoft list item.

Hello DocuSign Community,I am currently utilizing Salesforce within my organization and I am interested in integrating DocuSign for the purpose of E-signatures. The standard approach appears to be utilizing the Salesforce-managed package, "DocuSign E-signature for Salesforce". However, I am exploring options beyond this package.Could anyone guide me on alternative methods to send documents for signature from Salesforce without necessarily using the "Docusign E-signature for Salesforce" managed package?Any suggestions or pointers would be immensely appreciated. Is there an integration of Docusign with ACT! software?  The only one I could find was this, which is for databases hosted by ACT corporation.  I need one for ACT installations that are mounted on user workstations and servers, i.e. Self-hosted.

Hi, We are working on setting up DocuSign Apps Launcher - right now we are still in the planning phase and I want to know if I am able to move DocuSign Envelope Templates from Salesforce Sandbox to Production through a change set? I could not find the answer in help docs. Thanks! 

One of our employees logged into docusign to sign a document.  After they signed the document, they were logged out of docusign and then had to sign back in instead of taking them back to either the docusign home or manage page.  Is anyone aware of why that may happen.  We are using microsoft outlook office 16.Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.  I have also reached out to our IT group, waiting for a response.

Hi, In the envelope configuration in Salesforce. What does ‘Load Default Contacts’ mean specifically?I am using Legacy DocuSign and I would like auto send an envelope from a Custom Object through a flow.. Trying to understand how I can tell the system where to pull the signers from and I hoping that Load Default Contacts might be it. But I can’t find much documentation on how that checkbox works.  

How do I take a DocuSign template for a sales contract and turn it into a link that I can embed into a PowerPoint presentation? I would like to be able to present to a customer using a PPT and then have the last page link to an e-contract that the customer can sign right then and there.

Hi, how to sign a document from SharePoint using the DocuSign plugin. Our process involves signing the document internally first before sending it to the customer. We then utilize the ‘Get Signatures with DocuSign’ feature to send to customers. However, i am unsure how to docusign from SharePoint itself internally before sending it out to the customers? I tried using the ‘Sign using DocuSign’ option as shown in the picture but get error message. Please help​

Hi,Today is my first day experimenting with DocuSign.  I like what I see but I can’t make it work for my specific situation/use case.  What I mean is, I can use the web interface, generate a template or generate a document.  It sends it out and I can sign it.  However, my sign and date fields would be in the same spot time after time but my documents would be different (so not standard forms) each time as these would be offers containing different products and prices each time.  I tried Zapier & others where you can ‘Send envelope using template’ and ‘Send envelope using document’ but the first does not allow me to specify a document and the second does but it always uses my pdf that was specified in my template.  I also connected my dropbox in the integrations part but don’t know how to use that either.  So I’m a bit clueless to how and if what I need is possible.  So I don’t want the employees to have to open DocuSign.  Instead I want their system to send an offer as a

We're having issues with automatically applying a template to an envelope, in order to anchor the signature, initials and date fields in the signed document. We're using Docusign with Salesforce integration to send documents for signature; however these documents are generated by OmniStudio in Salesforce, not by DocuSign. When defining a DocuSign Envelope Template in Salesforce, the first step is to select or upload documents. Here we're not uploading any document, and we're selecting instead "Attach documents from Salesforce instead", with document selected as "Latest Document". The rest of the envelope is configured with recipients (roles, signing order, etc), reminder options, no merge fields. etc. In DocuSign, I found the template that matches my Envelope Template in salesforce (I confirmed by looking at the template Id in Docusing, and it matches the one in my SF envelope), and uploaded a document to it. HelloI was trying to run the power automate flow including with DocuSign, but it keeps failing in part of DocuSign by saying this “The email address for the recipient is invalid. The recipient Id follows. Recipient Id: 1”. I checked so many times that nothing wrong with the recipient emails. Are there any other way to fix this problem?Thank you in advance.

I’m wanting to integrate Power Auotmate with DocuSign and want to know whether DocuSign Standard supports this. I understand Business Pro allows for integration but I have a customer with Business Standard licenses and I want to be able to tell them whether it’ll work with the licensing they currently have.

We have a group who has an integration with Zengine but are receiving an error.  Any idea on to solve it? We have only found job aids that help add a plug in, revoke, or edit but nothing on how to “reauthorize”.   Thank you.

Looking to see if anything has changed in the last few years since the last related community topic around this subject.I have a retiring associate with several hundred envelops they would like to download to SharePoint or OneDrive.  Does anyone have information on how this might be done other than manually one at a time?Thanks
