Docusign flow

Question

Hi All,
I'm trying to create a DocuSign sign flow with template, while sending an envelope from the flow it is giving me below error:

It appears that the error occurred in the 'Send_envelope' operation. The error message suggests that a template ID cannot be used for an envelope operation. To fix this error, you should check the 'Create_envelope_using_template' operation and ensure that the correct parameter is being used as the 'templateId'.

Can someone please help me?

Also, if using envelope template do I have to add documents and recipient in the flow?
