We try to install the app “DocuSign for Dynamics” in our Environment. Our Environment is located in Switzerland. We are not able to install the App, it displays always an error message (which is not helpful at all, it just states that we need to contact support). Is the reason for this that the data center is located in Switzerland? Unfortunately, we do not receive any feedback on our ticket in DocuSign...

First thing I’d do:

Contact your IT department especially who manages networking/computer settings to check if any TCP port is being blocked when you try to install the Microsoft Dynamics App. Sometime IT has security policies applied to block access using certain TCP/UPD ports and external IPs.
