I understand you would like to know if there is a permission that allows HubSpot users to see the Docusign integration that reflects the document status.
Based on what you’ve shared here, it seems that the permission you are looking for is with HubSpot as Docusign does not own nor wrote that integration. HubSpot support will be in the best position to provide you with an accurate answer.
