Get document generation form fields from envelope always return empty array

Question

I created a DOCX file in SharePoint library with proper data fields as below inside the DOCX:

Hi, my name is {{userName}}

However, when I use Get document generation form fields from envelope Action, it always return an empty array. Can you help what is wrong with my DOCX file setup in SharePoint?

I am using Developer Account btw.
