I was recently asked to sign some documents using Docusign. I went to the site and download the windon OS program. Unfortunately, the program I downloaded required 64 bit mine is 32 bit. We went through a bunch of different ways with the company and I even tried Acrobat which they would not accept. Finally we signed the documents with 3 different witness. Which was crazy! Is there a windows 10 32 bit program???

Our eSignature application is a web based application. This helps you sign your agreements through almost any device without the need to install any software.
However, after checking our current Downloads Catalog, I also see that most of our Windows based applications are available for 32 bit Windows.
This leads me to believe that we might not be on the same page as to what Docusign application in specific is causing this issue. I would really appreciate if you could share more details regarding what application in specific is behind the situation.
