I am sorry to hear that you weren’t able to install our application in your 32 bit Windows PC, but I will gladly share more details on the topic.

Our eSignature application is a web based application. This helps you sign your agreements through almost any device without the need to install any software.

However, after checking our current Downloads Catalog, I also see that most of our Windows based applications are available for 32 bit Windows.

This leads me to believe that we might not be on the same page as to what Docusign application in specific is causing this issue. I would really appreciate if you could share more details regarding what application in specific is behind the situation.
