Automating Offer Letter Generation and E-signature in Power Automate with DocuSign Integration

What I’ve Built So Far: I have a form in my model-driven app that HR fills out after an interview if they plan to send an offer letter. The form contains the following fields: Candidate Name Start Date Offered Salary Signed Return By Date Position Date of Letter These fields match the placeholders in multiple offer letter templates stored in DocuSign. The correct template should be selected based on the job position. What I Want to Automate: When HR submits the form, Power Automate should: Identify the correct offer letter template based on the position. Populate the template with the candidate's details from Dataverse. Send the offer letter for e-signature using DocuSign. Once the letter is sent, update the "Send Offer Letter" column in Dataverse to "Completed

Docusign Outlook Plugin gives "Something went wrong" for all users in our organization

Good morning I hope all is well! Seeking some assistance with a DocuSign issue in our environment that is impacting all users who are using the classic desktop classic version of Outlook. Once they click on the DocuSign plugin in their outlook, it doesn’t grab the attachments in the email, so you had to manually add the attachments but when you do that and try to proceed with sign now, you are hit with an error and all it says it “Something Went Wrong” with no other context at all. Interestingly enough, if we have the users on “New Outlook” the DocuSign plugin does work but this opens up another can of worms as the experience in this “New Outlook” isn’t the greatest and is missing out on some key features that our end users to rely on with this being needed for Judges and Public Safety personnel. I do know that this year Microsoft is going to be retiring a number of services and i’m wondering if this could be a result one of those like Oauth? Any thoughts/ideas on this would be greatly

How to change the Size of Signature through PowerAutomate

I am sending envelope for signature through PowerAutomate. By default signature size is 100%. How to increase the size of signature to 150% through Powerautomate. As I checked I didnt get any option to increase the size in Power automate.

Unexpected Behavior of "List Envelopes" Action in Power Automate (DocuSign)

I am experiencing unexpected behavior when using the List Envelopes action in Power Automate with specific subject filters. There are 400+ envelopes with the subject "ABC DEF - IJ", and the user has full access to all envelopes. When filtering with subject = "ABC", the action returns only 13 records and sets hasMoreRecords = false. When filtering with subject = "DEF", it returns only 14 records and hasMoreRecords = false. The skip parameter does not work as expected, and I still receive only the top 13 records. However, when filtering for envelopes with subject = "XYZ" and using top = 50, the action correctly returns 50 records and hasMoreRecords = true, which is expected. The user is on a Business Pro plan with full access to all envelopes. Given these inconsistencies, I would like to understand: Why does filtering by "ABC" or "DEF" return only a limited number of records despite more envelopes existing? Why does the skip parameter not function correctly? Are there any known limitatio

unable to sign email attachment

Hi All, I am new to docusign and I am just responsible for the end user support for my company. Our docusign admin states that user configuration is correctly done but user is still receiving the below message every time he tries to sign an email attachment. He mentioned user needs local admin rights which I tried without success. Do you know what could be the reason? Thanks

hi i have a document pdf uploaded thru microsoft forms then gets saved on sharepoint and then goes to docusign. i am stuck at tabs, i want to allow the singature to be placed choice of signator. i choose signature for tab type what else i need? flow is stuck here.

Change sender to user who triggert the power automate flow

Dear all, I made a power automate flow who create a envelope in docusign. When a user create a contract in dataverse/dynamics 365 CE an envelope is created in docusign. The sender of the envelope is now the owner of the connection in power automate. Is it possible to change the sender in to the person who triggers the flow? Gr Ronald

DocuSign for SharePoint Grant Consent Required

We try to implement DocuSign in our Sharepoint envirenment. According to the knowledgebase the first step is: From a SharePoint document library, select ... > Manage Docusign Administration Settings. The Settings window displays in a new browser tab. But i can’t find this on any document library. Any idea where I can find this? Or where I can do this: To use Docusign for SharePoint, a tenant admin must grant permissions to the app. From a document library, select Manage Administration Settings in the Docusign menu and click Grant consent. Power Automate - When a document is signed trigger

I’m using Power Automate to build an automated signing process.I need a flow to run when someone signs a document. I cannot find a way to trigger this.I've tried envelope-sent and others but nothing happens.It’s frustrating I can't find documentation to describe this process which I would've though is a common scenario.

Power Automate: Change Sender of DocuSign Envelope

Hi everyone, I've created a Power Automate flow that triggers when a contract is generated. It then creates a DocuSign envelope, retrieves the document from SharePoint, and adds it to the envelope. The flow runs under a service account, like all our flows. However, the envelope stays in draft under the service account, making it unusable. How can I automatically change the sender to a specific user within the flow (without manual intervention)? Thanks in advance!

How to configure Docusign for intune for iOS?

Hi, we are trying to configure “Docusign for intune” app in our environment. I found recent blog articles about the availability of this app: https://www.docusign.com/blog/secure-and-streamlined-agreement-management-with-the-docusign-for-microsoft Manage Agreements On-The-Go With Docusign's New App for Microsoft Intune App | Community but I cannot make it work, as explained in a reply to the post above: when I try, upon opening the app I always get an error “App is not setup”. that means that there is no App Protection Policy applied to the app. While we do have App Protection Policies implemented in our environment (applied to “All apps”), the issue is that “Docusign for intune” app is not in the list of the 168 apps affected by the app protection policies. Neither in the official list published by Microsoft of apps supporting app protection policy: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/apps/apps-supported-intune-apps I also found somebody trying to implement some AppConfig key

PowerAutomate - get document tabs from envelope. How to get checkbox values?

Hi! We have a PowerAutomate flow configured to create an envelope and add custom tabs. We then have another flow triggered when the envelopes are completed to pick up the returned data to push back into dataverse. When using the action ‘get document tabs from envelope’ the tabs that are checkboxes do not return a value. See example: "tabLabel": "students", "documentId": "25619119", "recipientId": "***Redacted content***", "tabId": "db28e284-ed4c-47aa-b4de-658ee058f059", "tabType": "checkboxTabs", "prefill": false Whereas other tab types such as dropdown does return the value: "tabLabel": "relationship2", "value": "GP", "documentId": "25619119", "recipientId": "***Redacted content***", "tabId": "383072b6-6ef4-4afd-b379-a80c2bbf8849", "tabType": "listTabs", "prefill": false How do I get the submitted value for checkboxes? Hoping someone can help - first time configuring a flow to retrieve the data. :)

Trigger condition for PowerAutomate Flow - Docusign - for When an Evelope status changes

Hi Everyone, I am seeking some help with writting a trigger condition for my Docusign flow in Power Automate. I am using the trigger “When an evelope status changes” and have it set to “envelope-completed”. I want the trigger to go off when the Subject starts with “Commercial Proposal submitted - Ringmer - T0079 -”. Could anyone suggest the code that I need to use please? Docusign Interation with Dynamics

Hi Team, We have currently setup Docusign integration via Dynamics 365 for our client, However we are facing challenges in the below two scenarios and any guidance on the same would be appreciated. There is a Dynamics 365 workflow that we have configured to create an envelope, add sharepoint document to the envelope, add recipients to the envelope with signing order and role. However we are looking for automating the system to update a D365 record when the first recipient signs and then when the second recipient signs. However as per our observation the Docusign transaction envelope status changes to Sent when the email is sent to the first recipient and changes to completed only when second recipient signs. Is there a way to identify if first recipient has signed the document by workflow? We did see that there is a Get recipient status action for power automate, however we are just going simple docusign workflow automation with this one. The saving of document is happening with Email

Power Automate Know Limitations - File Size

Hello, According to this page, the file size limit for sending documents to Power Automate is 12MB: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=gqy1619537336307&topicId=kfu1696619437531.html&_LANG=enus Is that still accurate?Is there a workaround? The file size limit in eSignature being 25MB really limits the use of PA in such cases.

Docusign integration with Dynamics 365

Hi, We have been using Docusign with Dynamics 365 Sales for a number of years. We had not upgraded from version 6 and recently attempted to upgrade to the current version, which apparently cannot be done without uninstalling version 6 and re-installing to the current. We have now done this many times and in the process No Docusign shortcuts are added to the sitemap. I managed to manually add a URL directly to Docusign and the admin page was then accessible and I set-up the integration. However, for reasons I do not understand, this was not enduring and the connection was once again lost and we cannot access in the same way (by manually adding the URL). I have also attempted logging in through the Configuration page and have attempted to manually add configuration details into the Configuration table, but this has also been unsuccessful. I have contacted support now multiple times and have no response to date. Has anyone else suffered from this issue and found a resolution?

extract attachments from signed envelope

I have a power automate flow that is triggered when a docusign envelope is signed. The flow extracts the information and signed pdf, then saves to a sharepoint library. Is it possible to separately retrieve attachments that the signer has uploaded? i.e. not one long pdf but individual files?

Power Automate Flow Authentication Timeout

We have a fairly simple Power Automate flow that creates an envelope, adds documents and then sends to Docusign. We can get this flow to repeat multiple times without any issues when testing. But after a period of time (I can’t say exactly when as we don’t run the flow often enough) the account we are using with Power Automate loses connection with Docusign, this causes the flow to fail. I’m not sure if we are missing something really obvious regarding the way we authorising and logging into Docusign.

Using Power Automate to apply a template to an uploaded document

Hi I am new to DocuSign. I am trying to create a flow in Power Automate which will create an envelope using an existing template and then it will add a document to this envelope while applying the template to the document. It will then add recipients and send out the envelope. I have created the following flow to accomplish this: The issue is that the above flow is unable to apply the template to the added document. The final result is that the added document is appended to the sample document that is already there in the template. The fields are there in the sample document however, the added document does not have any fields. So, it seems like the template was not applied to the added document. Is there a way to apply the template to the added document such that it has all the fields for the recipient. At the same time the sample document in the template should be removed and replaced by the added document. Thanks in advance.

Is there a way to retrieve the template id or any template info when dealing with a completed document in Power Automate? I am looking to retrieve this info to then filter the documents into specific folders when uploading to SharePoint.

How to trigger Power Automate when recipient just signed (not for when completed)

I am using Power Automate to create a DocuSign flow with multiple recipients in one envelope.I want to detect when each recipient has signed, so that I can update SharePoint when they sign. I can detect completion using the triggers provided by Power Automate, but I can't find a trigger for a sign.If there's any way to do this, please let me know.Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Docusign Word Add-in Date Formatting

Hi! I am using the Docusign Word add-in to create templates for contracts. These contracts require that all dates be written out in full, like "January 14, 2025." My team has asked if it's possible to set up date fields that allow users to select a date from a little calendar picker but have the selected date automatically appear in the document in the written-out format. Does anyone know if this functionality is possible within Docusign, or have suggestions for a workaround? Thank you!
