No one is receiving the document to sign

Hi all, I have a free account, and just created and sent a document with 3 signees (including myself). None of us got any notification from Docusign. I did not specify a signing order. I have resent multiple times now. What else to do? I tried the chat support and got the message that free accounts no longer have any support

Bulk Send Reporting

Is there an admin report that I can run to see which envelopes were sent as part of a Bulk Send job? We are about to renew our contract and we are considering adding the Retrieve feature so that we can mass download completed envelopes. Before we do this, I want to know who else in the firm, if anyone, uses Bulk Send. If I am the only one who uses Bulk Send, then Retrieve probably is not necessary. I have full admin access and can run any available reports. Thanks, Teri

I was charged even after canceling subscription

My DocuSign subscription was going to renew 04/16/2025 so I cancelled the subscription on February 26, 2025. I received confirmation that the subscription was going to be cancelled April 15th 2025 (Subscription Cancellation attached). I checked my account today April 04/17/2025 and I see that the renewal amount $591.78 was charged to my account. I have tried to submit a case to DocuSign Support to get the refund, however, my account is now a free account and DocuSign only allows paid accounts to create cases, not free accounts. They downgraded my account to a free account the minute the subscription ended, but still took the money for the renewal right away. Trying to get in contact with anyone has been practically impossible and incredibly frustrating. This is a very deceptive business practice. If I don’t have a response in a timely manner I will be getting in contact with my bank to initiate a chargeback.

Received an email without showing the sender asking 'Complete with DocuSign: BOBALBERS57.pdf'

I received an email from an unknown sender. Outlook marked the email as unable to verify sender so may not be safe to open. I do not want to open the unknown Docusign document. How can I verify it is safe to open ? Sincerely, BobA57

Sending Multiple Documents to One Signer

I think I know the answer, but I want to confirm to make sure we’re optimizing our envelope usage. If I have multiple documents for a signatory, can I send them in multiple/separate emails and still count it as an envelope? Can I add a document to an envelope once it’s sent? For instance, I have a new hire, I’ve sent an envelope, but I realized I forgot to include something in the original envelope...

One Recipient Receiving an Extreme Number of Documents

I’m doing some research to determine how my organization is using DocuSign. I pulled the envelope recipient report just out of curiosity at first, because I thought it would be too detailed to be useful. However, I noticed that several recipients are getting large numbers of duplicates that I don’t think could possibly be from human error. For example, one recipient got the same document 141 times, as 141 different envelopes. I’m not having much luck talking to a human from DocuSign, but wonder what folks think. EMail notification Body change and welcome screen changes for signing

Here I have tried Email blurb and also other thingsBut i want to remove the email sender name & email from the EMAIL notification which is not happening. We tried commenting the things in EMAIL resource file too but didnt help. Also, we are trying to disable the welcome screen on the review document page while signing that is also not working. Can some one help in this scenario Thanks.

Cannot select Merge Field in Docusign Envelope template set up. How to fix?

I am trying to evaluate features for a client who is interested in buying DocuSign. I had installed theDocusign CLM: Streamlined Contract Lifecycle Management appexchange app in sandbox and also created a trial account and configured the connection with Salesforce. For some reason I can create Merge field but cannot select standard/merge fields to drop it on the template. Can someone let me know how this can be fixed or do we need to purchase it to evaluate the feature

Issues with Signing Document

Hello, I’m having the same issue as several others, but there does not appear to be an answer. I have the free version, after having tried the paid version. I have removed my CC so there is no payment linked to the account. I have 3 envelopes left. I do NOT need to send the document (Word file), but simply want to sign it. I add the document, select I am the only signer and receive the error message that I have exceeded envelope usage. I X out the error, as instructed to ignore the banner per another community members thread, and I get another error message. There is no way to bypass. Please advise. This is time consuming and very frustrating. Thank you for your time and help.

How do i make my forms signable on mobile devices?

Hello, I’ve made my template mobile friendly but it’s not allowing my staff to sign on their device as they get a pop up saying “Signing Mobile Not Allowed” and “Signing this envelop on a mobile device is not allowed, please use a computer”. This is our first day with it so I apologize for our ignorance.

Automatically insert transhipment user entry in mandatory field several times.

I would like to display the following.I have a value that occurs e.g. 5 times in the form. (Example credit card number). I lead the user to the first credit card number field using the mandatory field and he fills it in. The other 4 fields should be filled automatically with the value of the first entry. How can I automatically exported completed account level envelopes to SharePoint or manually extract at the account level?

In my account, multiple users are sending & receiving envelopes for signature. I would like to capture all these signed/completed envelopes in a local Docusign SharePoint folder through automation or manual extraction. What are the options to accomplish, short of Maestro & an API? Thank you.

I cannot seem to find DocuSign Files Component when editing Opportunity Lightning Record Page

Hi I am trying to following this DocuSign instruction https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=srl1586134368658&topicId=isj1586134263707.html&_LANG=enus Our Salesforce has DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce version 7.12.3 installed. Fraud

I received an e-mail from a person I do not know. It was in reference to a Paypal account payment for bitcoin that included a DocuSign notice. I wanted to speak to a customer service rep for fraud detection. I am unable to find any phone numbers available. This is terrible, or actually non-existent, customer service. Please send me a phone number so I can find out how bad a situation this may be.

Hello, When I receive a signed document that has a signature date of 02/04/2025, how can I find out which date format the signer has used, i.e., whether they signed on 02 Apr or on 04 Feb 2025? And especially, how can I check this if I was not included in the envelope, but received the document from someone else? Thanks, Anke

Navigator - Is there a way to remove custom agreement type?

Good Day, Does anyone know if it’s possible to remove a custom agreement type that was added in Navigator? I’ve searched through the support guide documentation and the support site and wasn’t able to locate this information. It looks like the workaround is to edit the added custom agreement name (label) and re-purpose it, but I’m trying to see if there’s a way to condense the list of agreement types in our environment overall to lessen the system load to do the AI review. Thank you
