Hello DocuSign Community,I have a use case and I’m not sure if it can be handled easily.We need to send 300 envelopes (one document each) to 300 different recipients, all requiring a signature from the same Sales Responsible. Having them sign each envelope manually is very time-consuming. Are there any DocuSign features or APIs that could help streamline or automate this process?Thank you!

Is the system down?  I can’t access a document sent to me for signature. It shows up in documents, but it doesn’t recognize it when I click on the document.

The recent change to the document format we send to customers is creating significant issues. The current appearance is less professional—oversized, opaque boxes now block out text and lines on the contract, even when reduced to the smallest possible size. This makes it difficult for customers to fully understand exactly what they are signing.Previously, the signature fields were transparent, allowing all text to remain visible. The new look not only obstructs important content but also presents a cluttered, confusing, and unrefined appearance. From a customer-facing perspective, this is a step backward in clarity and professionalism.Can you explain the reasoning for moving away from the transparent design? We would strongly recommend reverting to the prior format to ensure contracts remain both visually clear and professionally presented.

I’m trying to sign a very important document. I already did the identification with IDnow and it was confirmed as completed. I can see in the certificate of docusign, that I passed the Identification process this morning. However, it doesn’t show my signature and if I try to sign again, it redirects me to IDnow advising “This identification for this Transaction Number has already been completed and cannot be restarted.”. It also didn’t forward the document to the next person in the signature order.  Is there a way to fix this? We already tried restarting the whole document but this didn’t fix the issue, the exact same problem happened again. 

Hello! Can non-registered DocuSign users receive and sign a document I send them, or do they have to register as a user with DocuSign first?Thank you!

I function as the Admin for our eSignature for Salesforce and am the connected user. However, I did not receive the most recent email from DocuSign “Reminder - eSignature is Migrating to Microsoft Azure” --- another user, who also has the administrator profile received this message. I cannot find in the settings where to list myself as the primary admin or a list serve to get these notifications that affect the integration. Any documentation on that?

When uploading a DOCX with a multi-level numbered list, it restarts numbering back to 1 every time it returns to that level of the hierarchy (see image 1 below). The source document has the numbering correct, and doesn’t include extra paragraph breaks (see image 2 below). My question is this: Does the new editor work with multi-level lists? Image 1: DocuSign’s editor Image 2: Source MS Word File (Formatting marks included) 

Half way through a yearly subscription Docusign have removed authentication by SMS from my plan, which makes the business pro plan totally useless in my industry (legal).Has anyone else dealt with massive changes to a plan they’ve already paid for?I have sent so many emails and raised live chats, and ultimately I have been sent to ‘sales’ who have quoted a plan than costs four times as much. Its all very underhanded and I am wondering who else has been affected by this? For anyone researching using Docusign for their business as I did, consider I’ve lost pretty much a whole business day trying to resolve this, and the support is very sales based rather than trying to correct issue (reinstate the feature I’ve already paid for. 

Hello, I'd like to send bulk envelopes using shared access. But when I log in and try to send envelopes, I'm not given the option to send bulk envelopes.

Hello,Is it possible to download the completed documents individually rather than combined?I tried downloading them separately, but I still receive all of the signed documents together.  Best regards,Emad 

Jesus Christ…I just want to download a PDF File from a signed document that I need.There isn’t the option on the link itself, so I want to access it through my account, but I se NOWHERE where to do it to link my account to that said document, even if I use exactly the same email as for the signature.Also, I can’t seem to contact anyone from support, because anytime I click on contact / support, it disconnects me from my account.So I’m left here, with this community post. 

I have this use case:if i go on holiday or i am off for a while and i want to have a user or users to have access to my envelopes but not to all of them. only the ones that are in progress or just recently completed. i will require not only signing on my behalf but also to manage the envelope… Is there a feature from docusign that allows just that? i am aware of delegated signing but this is more than that.My understanding is that if i provide shared access, the person will be able to see my current and past envelopes…Thank youbrSusana 

I have opened a ticket regarding billing information update/ which should be a straight-forward case. But I am not getting any response for my comments or emails,Is there any option to escalate this case or at leasta direct contact to billing or telephone numbers I could reach out to (specially in EU region)? Thank you

Recently our In Progress envelope view changed. I don’t find it as user friendly as the old view and it is more time consuming to find the information/task I want. Is there a way to switch back to the old version?

Case 12989068 (date 29 Jan 2024) you billed me for an extra subscriptionCase 16246638 subscription cancelled for A01061472 (date 11 March 2025).  You attempted to bill CC in Dec 2025.  You actually  billed CC in Jan 2026.It is virtually impossible to contact Customer Support through your “support page”Please reimburse the money immediately.You have a good product but sadly very, very poor customer service - I could not recommend DocuSign to anyone.  

I purchased an annual subscription using a different email than the one above.  I received an order confirmation at the email address and my credit card was charged.  Now, I can not login to the account, reset the password, or get customer support.  My email account does not receive emails sent from DocuSign to reset the password or logon to the account.Why?

Hi, New to the forum, have an issue using the Template Builder. I’m wanting to add customer sender fields to a contract document, company name, address etc and can add these easily enough. The document however is text heavy and has paragraphs, bullets and tabulations. When very first loaded in, it looks fine. As soon as I start in the Template Builder, I loose that formatting and things become joined and/or our of line. I see mention of flattening/PDF’ng however unsure how that solves the problem when I’m wanting to add the customer fields as the Template Builder doesn’t support PDF format. Perhaps I can approach it differently or am missing another method? Thanks  

Hello,I'm working on integrating the branding feature with DocuSign, but I'm having trouble understanding why the DocuSign icon appears white in the emails I receive.On the DocuSign preview page, the icon displays in black. I'm using Outlook for emails and have already cleared the cache, as that might have been affecting this issue. 

I have been using docusign for many years now. I could always create an envelope, check I am the only signer & then e-sign the document. This no longer works. The only option now available is send which consumes one credit. Is it no longer possible to self-sign envelopes without consuming one credit?

In July 2025, I took advantage of a discount and bought a 1-year DocuSign plan for $120/user. It clearly stated up to 120 envelopes 1 user per year.I used far less than the limit.Then on Jan 12, 2026, it suddenly said I had 0 envelopes left and asked me to upgrade. So I paid extra for monthly billing to get more envelopes right away.Now my account is switched to monthly, and it feels like half of my prepaid annual year just disappeared?Where did the remaining envelopes from my annual plan go?? Has anyone else experienced this? DocuSign support — please explain!

I have an account opening agreement with an option to have a second signer as an additional account holder. So far, I can’t figure out a way to leave that area as optional. If I setup two signers, it requires both to be filled out. So I have created a separate agreement for the single signer and one for multiple.If possible, I would like to run it all through the same document. Is there a way to do this?

Hi together,I try to set up a delegation of authority log in docusign.Therfore I have set up a template document including a dynamic table.I have added this template document to an envelope template with 4 recipient for testing purpose (in the end if I get it to work properly it will be 30-50 recipiencs).When I use the envelope I uploade a CSV-File to fill the dynamic table with anchor strings which works fine.However, the replacement of the anchor strings with docusign field seems to be left to chance. The anchor strings in the table are not replaced at all.If I additionally place the same anchor strings below the table in the template document, the signature anchor strings are recognized in the table too, the fullname-anchor strings are only recognized from the first recipient, but the replacement docusign fields are grouped and the placement is messed up.

I created a template form that includes a number field (let’s call it “DAYS”) and a formula field, which is supposed to return 1 if DAYS is less than 30, or else it returns 0. I’m using the 0 or 1 value to trigger conditional fields. The DAYS value can be a number from from 0 to 366, but I want the recipient of the form to provide the value, even if it’s 0.I find that if I leave the DAYS field blank, the formula result stays stuck on 1, even when updating the DAYS field to a number that should change it to 0.  If I prepopulate the field to 0, the formula functions as expected, but I would rather not provide a prepopulated default value. Is there something I’m missing? Am I doing something wrong here? 

I recently upgraded from the standard paid version to the business pro version. However when trying to utilize some of the features like uploading a template, the feature is not available. Of course that led me to the admin page as I am the only user, and the one who started the account. Under my name nothing is listed under permission profile and there are no other users. When I click on that tab a warning pops up for about 1 second in an orange box that stated “warning add an administrator profile”. However when I try to edit my name it fails to load user information. Basically I am stuck in a loop of apparently not having an admin even though I am the only user and have the rest of the admin functionality. Needless to say it has been a very frustrating few days trying to get help on this, and it appears DocuSign themselves could care less as there is no way to contact them. Finally, I did try to open a case while logged in but it sends me to another page to get a paid account, wh
