Merging Templates

Feedback on Language Options for Business Users on the Japanese Website

I’m currently evaluating this platform to see if it fits my business needs, but the language limitations on the Japanese site have created a somewhat negative experience. As my business is conducted in English, navigating the main site in Japanese has posed some challenges. While Google Translate is an option, it’s not ideal for a professional assessment where ease of use and accessibility are critical factors. I appreciate that there is an English option on the support site, which has been helpful, but this functionality doesn’t extend to the main site. This inconsistency can create frustration, especially in an assessment phase, where I’m looking to gauge the platform’s usability for my business. I believe implementing an English language selection on the main site, similar to the support section, could help users like myself make a more accurate evaluation of the platform’s suitability. Hello,We, as a German company, would like to apply DocuSign to sign our company contracts digitally. Regarding the DocuSign application, we have the following questions and would appreciate your support:In order to sign a document with the advanced form of DocuSign, what can be used as a factor for two-step authentication? Is it possible to sign a single document with all three forms of DocuSign? How can we provide effective support in supplier qualification, e.g., with documents? How can we utilize DocuSign for the creation of an overview of outstanding signatures with external partners? Does DocuSign facilitate the signature of the PSMF by multiple persons? Does DocuSign facilitate the signature of the RMP (signature) by one person? How does DocuSign ensure that the servers on which data generated from the digital signature process is stored, and on which documents set for the purpose of digital signatures are stored, are located in Germany?Thank you for your assistance!

Today I received three emails from three different originators that said I had a document ready to sign and it uses this Docusign website/logo for it’s identification. I have not clicked on any of the three emails, but instead came to the website directly to see if there were anything awaiting my signature. There is nothing new here for me to sign. i just wanted to pass this on and hope the docusign security is aware of this current pfishing expedition, and to see if they want any of the email data to investigate?

Closing accounts and access to envelopes - employee leaver?

Hi to all, hope you are well.Can anyone advise. as a DocuSign administrator - i’ve been asked if we have access to envelopes of closed accounts after eg an employee has left our organisation? Is this possible. I have had them share their envelopes with three or four other staff members, however do i have to leave the account open for them to view or can they still view even when I close the account. Bulk Fields for Company and Title not populating on a bulk send

Hello,I am trying to send out the same document to multiple people for individual signatures. I need to populate the signers name, company name, title within the company, the date signed and obviously the signature. When I set up a template and add those fields and click download the “sample csv” if provides me the desired field columns. The problem happens when I upload the csv with the data filled out, the only item that populates is the name of the signer. The company text box and the title text box are empty and require the signer to fill it out. How can I have the data provided in the csv pre-populate the company and title fileds?

Want to run a report on PowerForm usage within an account

I want to run a report on PowerForm usage. It would ideally list every PowerForm in the account, the last time it was used, the sender of the PowerForm, and the template used in the PowerForm. Is this possible either by standard reporting or by API, if so, how?

Research if there is a different approach besides using DocuSign Monitor (additional cost) for an Admin to receive a notification/ pull a report when a user(s) and recipient(s) have the same IP addresses.

You took my money but didn’t explain why or what it was for. I have submitted ticket after ticket and no repsonse. you customer service is non existent. What is the purpose of contacting you if you never respond or return messages no phone number no email just a form box that at certain times does not even let you submit a questions your company is horrible

Is there a way to close en envelope due to NO action in a week but with the option of a recipient rejecting a document within that timeframe?

There are some recipients that don´t wish to interact with the envelope if they dont need to. This means that they will only reject on same cases but dont want to approve all the time. The closing of the envelope is important for other processes so I want to know if DocuSign can do that.

False mail notifications and entries in history when signer has not clicked into envelope.

We are experiencing an issue whereby senders are receiving notifications that recipients have viewed an email, and it is including phantom entries into the envelope history of this action, when the action has not taken place. Is anyone else experiencing this?As it is documenting actions by a user which are not taking place we dont feel that the legality of the envelope history is valid (we have tested several times and when an envelope is received it is stating that the envelope has been viewed when the link has not been clicked on). Support have been no use at all, so hoping some others may have suggestions or at least acknowledge they may be experiencing the same.

First time user - can't sign my document

I’m a first-time user and I have no idea what to do. I applied for a university and its admissions office sent a document for me to sign using Docusign through my email, but after I click “Review Documents” I don’t know what to do from there. I clicked a link that was sent along with the email on “How to sign a document” and it said that I should click “Continue” on the top right corner beside “Other Actions”, but the problem is instead of “Continue” I can only see “Close” beside it. I thought making an account would help me see the “Continue” button, but it’s still the same despite that. What should I do? It’s been around 3 days since I got my email and I don’t want to miss my chance to get into this university.

DocuSign SharePoint connection PDF's not searchable in SharePoint

Hi all,I have setup a connection between my DocuSign account and company SharePoint. We use the SharePoint as a contract repository for team members to search and find contracts whenever required.We have always used the SharePoint search function to sift through contracts, identifying specific contracts by searching postcodes, customer names, etc.. This has always worked as intended as our contracts pulled through from Docusign OCR enabled, allowing SharePoint to pick up any text in the document.Since enabling document custom field on our templates (as we look to track key contract metadata), any custom field is no longer OCR enabled, meaning we can’t search for it in SharePoint. This makes locating contracts a much more strenuous, time-consuming task. I cannot work out why text fields that are document custom fields import into SharePoint as un-recognisable text. All the other text in the contract that is not a custom field is searchable, confirming that it is indeed a problem with th
