Correct Option is not coming for my Pending Envelop

Hi one of my witness not yet signed. When i have sent envelop he is not receiving mails from Docusign and he asked me to change email id.

 

However in my envelop i am not able to update his email id. I am a free user and not using any paid subscription. 

 

Is it because of free user limitation?

We understand how important it is for you to edit one of the recipient’s email addresses. However, the Correct feature is not available. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. I’ll be glad to help you and provide the necessary information.

 

Yes, you are correct: a free account has limitations, including the Correct feature. If you really need to change the recipient’s email address, you may upgrade it to a paid account. You may check Docusign web plans through this link: Docusign Plans and Pricing

 

Alternatively, if you still have a free envelope, you can create a new one to send with the other recipient’s email. If the recipient is still unable to receive the email notification. Please let me know and provide the envelope ID via private message. This will allow me to investigate further and check the delivery status.

Hi Noralynn,

 

Thank you. fortunately the recipient finds the mail in spam and he was able to sign it.

As a free user i understand the limitations. The application very user friendly and very easy to use.
