Hi, we operate a bank and need to utalise the in person signing facility. Current process is as follows.

  • Lender will generate documents eg application form or loan contract, print and have the customer sign in person.
  • We are looking to move to a model where we have a Kiosk Ipad fixed to the desk. The lender produces the documents required, is able to load into DocuSign and send directly to the iPad for the customer to sign

What we don't want the customer to have to do here is to log into their email accounts to fetch the link then sign. We would like there to be a way for us to directly send the documents to that specific iPad, say IPAD-25 or the iPad in a specific branch.

We would also be open (but not preferred) to the idea of our staff logging into their DocuSign account to fetch the documents and present to the customer to sign.

Hello @StevenM ,

Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!

I understand your workflow, however, are you looking to enable the feature or are you looking for a guide on how to use in-person signing?

Another option that might suit your needs if they document is not going to be changing could be PowerForm.

With PowerForms, your business can generate on-demand, self-service documents for signature. You’ll be able to eliminate document preparation time (by using a pre-existing template), and easily pull collected data into your existing applications. A link can be generated that can be emailed, sent via SMS (on certain enterprise plans), or embedded into your website.

For more details on how to use PowerForms, please click on the link below: What is a PowerForm?

If you don’t have permission to create PowerForms, you should contact the DocuSign Admin at your company to see if it’s available.

Let us know if you need further assistance with this.
