Has anyone else had issues with color on the website. The DocuSign logo in the right hand corner and my logo in the top right is in color but the rest of it is black and white. 

I am submitting a document for approval and it only needs to be signed by a majority (3 out of 5 people) to be approved. How can I mark a document as completed once the majority has signed/approved the document?

How can I create a report which shows the envelopes that are closed and not downloaded. Hint: for different processes after the signing process it is needed that the documents were downloaded asap after closing. Therefore I would like to control if there are envelopes in the docusign account that were not downloaded.I know that the information “downloaded” is stored in the envelope history. But I don’t know how I can use this data.

I have sent 2 documents by separate invites to two parties.  Both were able to open one document and sign.  For the second document, one signed successfully but the other gets a constant undefined error message.  I have resent the invite to sign multiple times with the same error result.  I have been with the signer when clicking on the link and subsequent invites and witnessed the same constant issue.  The link being clicked is the latest invite.  What is going on?

I want to send an Rental Agreement to the Renter. He signs the Document. Then he send Back to me.Then I sign the dokument. And send it Back to Rental with both Signatures. 

I am an org admin and have created many developer accounts that I’ve linked to our enterprise demo environment for different business units to test in. I’ve always used the same company email to set up the new account but I’m receiving an email saying “you already have an account” with a login button that logs me into our demo environment via SSO. Did the process change? It has been a while since I’ve created one so I may not be remembering the steps clearly. Can I please receive instructions on how to create multiple developer accounts that can be linked to our demo environment? Thanks!

I tried to create a new documents but i can’t anyone know how ?

I have a user who is trying to link a DocuSign form to a website for students to use their email to fill out and have parents sign with them but when the link is clicked, we receive "The document has been suspended and is not currently active. please contact the sender" error. Please advise.

Hi everyone,When recipients open a document in DocuSign, they see a Download button on the right-hand side of the signing page (screenshot attached).I’m wondering if it’s possible to: Disable or hide the Download option for recipients, but only for specific templates (not globally across the account). Or, if that’s not possible, whether there are any recommended best practices to prevent recipients from downloading certain documents before completing the signing process. Has anyone implemented something like this using template settings, recipient permissions, or API parameters?Thanks in advance for your insights!

Is it possible to change the text of the "Review Document" button in Docusign email notifications? 

I’m trying to send out a document for signatures, which I’ve done a number of times, but it’s now showing that a fax number is required for each of the signers.  (Even though the fax box is greyed out, and it won’t let me enter anything into the fax number field, so there’s no way for me to send the document.) How do I fix this so it’s not a required field?

When trying to open an agreement sent by my client. Every time I click the link to access the document, I receive the following error message:“Something went wrong. We were unable to process this request. If the issue persists, please contact support.”Has anyone else experienced this problem? I’ve tried accessing the document from different browsers and devices, but the error persists. Any suggestions or known workarounds would be greatly appreciated.

I have a question regarding the security and integrity of DocuSign documents. Once a recipient has signed a document, and the sender has already signed, is it still possible for the sender to modify or add information to the document without the recipient being notified of those changes? Thank you in advance 

The invoices that I receive for the Town are emailed to me.  I save them and then send them to the department heads for signature and coding.  The person that helped me with onboarding created a special field for me to drag on the invoices so they can enter the coding number in it. If I send just one invoice it all works out.  If I send a group in one envelope, it lets me drag the signature, date and special field to each invoice, which can be signed and auto dated, but duplicates the coding in my custom field for all the invoices. Anyone know how to isolate each code per invoice in the envelope group

I urgently need help. I have 2 signers who have not received their Docusign envelope. I have triple checked emails, changed email addresses, re-ordered the signing order, resent the envelope. They have checked their spam. The envelope is not going through. How can I resolve this issue asap?

We received the notification stating “Important Update - Docusign Transactions Moving to Microsoft Azure, Action May be Required” Will the Retrieve download tool be anyway affected by the move to MS Azure?Is there anything that the customer should be aware of with Retrieve downloads in the Azure environment or will the move to Azure be seamless in respect to “Retrieve” downloads?

I just want to send one document to several recipients for them to sign.  Why do I have to put a sign field for each recipient and not just send the one document to several recipients? 

Docusign should be able to trigger a date for last signature without setting a signing order. It’s frequently a headache in my law practice to set a signing order, especially when I have multiple parties and am trying to gather signatures as quickly as possible.

The envelope was to be signed by two clients and an adviser from our company. The clients have signed but the adviser is now on holiday for two weeks. I want to change the third signatory to an adviser that is in the office and can DocuSign. Will making this correction resend the envelope to the clients to re-sign?
