Bulks sending view only documents

Hi I am trying to send documents to multiple people via bulk upload, I have dont thi smany times; however, this time I need to send the documents , which include merged data fields, as. a view only document with no acknowledgment needed. When I try to change the role of the recipient it notifies me that the merged fields will be removed, which they are. How do I bypass this and bulk send read only documents? Thank you Sarah

Display sender´s name, company adress and job title in sender mail

Dear Community, n addition to the sender's name, our company and address and the sender's job title should be displayed in the sender email. So far you can only see the name and e-mail address. Is this possible and if so, where can I find the corresponding setting in the backend? Best regards, Katrin

Can't delete account and create new under work account

I recently started a new job, where Docusign is used frequently and we have a corporate account. I created a Docusign account using my work email address, thinking the email domain would automatically get me into the company’s plan, but it didn’t; I just got a regular free account, with no access to edit (or even see) envelopes etc. Turns out I have to have an invitation to join under the company’s plan. I deleted the account I had created and our admin sent me the invitation. However, after waiting the two days for my old account to be deleted, I still can’t sign in with the invitation I received; Docusign thinks I want to reactivate the free account I had previously under this email address. Does anyone know how I can completely erase my old account in order to use the invitation from my company? Thanks in advance!

Morning Is there a method for adding links to guidance documents on the DocuSign landing page to assist internal users when creating envelopes? These links would allow specific teams to access a set of signing instructions. Many thanks for viewing. Kenneth

Please help: is this phishing email from Docusign?

This is the screenshot of an email I received in my yahoo mailbox. It appears to be from PayPal vis Docusign. But as you can see the “To Field” is “ voldingz@jadevortex.cyou ”. It is clearly not my yahoo email address. Also, the so called “paypal customer care” email is “ v.15.gen.4operational@gmail.com ”. It is clearly not from Paypal either. I wonder if this is someone created a random account on Docusign with a Gmail address and sent phishing emails VIA DOCUSIGN? Or just pretended to send emails from Docusign’s server? Need Help Correcting Seat Allocation for DocuSign Standard License (TechSoup Donation)

Hello everyone, I hope you’re doing well. We recently received a DocuSign Standard License donation through TechSoup, which should allow 1 to 5 users. Unfortunately, during activation, we made a mistake and only selected one seat, even though the plan includes five. We’ve already activated the code, but we need help enabling the remaining four seats. Has anyone experienced this issue before, or does anyone have advice on how to fix it? Any assistance or guidance on this would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance.

How to Require Drawn Signature on Document

I am a DS Admin in my company’s Docusign account. I need to send some documents requiring drawn signatures rather than the preformatted type. I have read several help articles about how to do this, but my settings options do not seem to match up with the advice in the articles. Can someone walk me through how to do this? Thanks!

Docusign e-signature not accepted in France

Greetings! Under protest, I subscribed to Docusign this morning at the behest of the French government agency INPI (portal e-procedures) in order to sign a form stating the cessation of my business. The help desk advised the use of Docusign. The signature from a previous attempt using the free trial was not accepted. Today. the form was duly signd by Docusign, but it was not accepted: “Your signature is not valid: The summary was signed using a foreign certificate from outside the EU, the certification authority of which is not one of those defined in the eIDAS trust lists. Your signature is therefore not considered valid because we cannot find the certification authority of the certificate used in the eIDAS trust lists. Please contact your signature provider to obtain a compliant signature.” Direct help from Docusign is impossible without paying extra for a support subscription. All this aggravation for a one-time use. I’m furious! This sort of conundrum is one of the reasons why the

Save and insert last used signature

Hello Community, Signatories without a DocuSign account have forgotten an important prefix when signing for the very first time. So they added this prefix in front of their name the second time they signed the document. On the third document, they are again offered the first signature without the prefix and have to change it again. Why doesn't DocuSign save the last signature used?

Adding checkboxes & dropdowns for in-person signature

I am setting up a document template that will be signed in person by a number of employees (with role titled Driver) under the supervision of a host. I would like to add dropdown fields and checkbox fields under the Driver role, for each to select a number of options as they sign, in person. However when I add these fields using the template editor and preview the document as the Driver role, the fields disappear from the document. If I change the Driver role to be a remote signer, the fields appear in the document, but not when done as ‘in-person’. Is this a known issue or limiation?For reference I am using the new editor, not the classic, as I wish to use the conditional elements feature with the dropdowns I am trying to add.

Urgent: Cancel Auto-Renewal and Stop Billing Issue

Dear DocuSign Support Team, I am writing to request the immediate cancellation of my DocuSign subscription and auto-renewal. My account was set to renew annually on March 2nd, but this year, I noticed that my credit card payment did not go through. Since I no longer need DocuSign’s services, I attempted to cancel the renewal through my account settings. However, the system only indicates that my subscription will be canceled on March 2, 2026, which is not what I want. I need to ensure that my account is fully canceled immediately and that I will not be charged for another year. Collecting Personal Information via DocuSign PowerForm

Hi everyone, I need to send a DocuSign form to 50 individuals to collect their personal information, such as bank details. I want to ensure that each recipient receives the form without being aware of the others. I understand that PowerForm is the right solution for this. necessary signers are not receiving my document

The signers of a document I need signed by 5 people have not received it. They contacted me because they hadn’t seen it. I sent it on February 28. I re-sent it two hours ago - they still have not received it. What is the problem and how can I get this fixed ASAP. Time is of the essence. Thank you.

issues when switching signatures

May I kindly ask for your help. I am facing issues with switching signatures. In the past when signing I was able to choose between two signatures. e.g one with prefix ppa and one without. Now it seems that this is not possible anymore. Thank you very much for your support.

Template merge fields not working for PowerForm envelopes

We have several envelope templates with merged fields in the DocuSign email alert. For example, the subject line for the email alert is: Please Sign: {signer email address}. We use a PowerForm with each of these templates. We created the templates and PowerForms in 2022. In September 2024, I noticed that the merged fields were not appearing in the email subject when the template was initiated via PowerForm. I submitted a support ticket (case # ********) and after several weeks, this was their response: We have explored several workarounds to meet your needs, but unfortunately, the existing behavior of Docusign with power forms does not allow for the intended functionality. While the merge field works seamlessly for standard envelope sends, it seems we have hit a roadblock with the power form setup. They suggested I post to this forum so developers could use as a “new feature” idea. However, it’s not a new feature; it used to work. Also, there are DocuSign “how to” articles on this very

refund

I canceled my yearly membership months ago during 2024. I was just charged the yearly renewal fee on March 3 I’ve reached out to DocuSign and no one has called me back I’ve also reached out to my bank I am just looking to get a refund process, but it seems like you have to jump through hoops and you can’t speak to anyone unless you’re opening a new account When you log into my account, it says I have a free account so I don’t have an account anymore, but I’m still being charged the yearly fee. I am looking for help and obtaining my refund

Can a signed contract be deleted without my knowlege?

I am looking for a contract that i thought we signed about 6 months ago and can’t find it. The company that initiated the contract sent it to me via docusign and I signed it. They have a paid docusign account and i have a free one if that matters. Could they have dleted it without me knowing it? is there any way to verify if they did that?

Login Requirements are not on my dashboard

I need to disable an account being required for recipients. I have Googled everything to do it but the last step isn’t possible. I do not have “Login Requirements” on my menu/dashboard anywhere. I did the following: Admin > Security Settings. The next step said to find the “Login Requirements” section but I do not have one. All I have is Account Security, Authentication Settings, Password Security and Account Discovery. I need help because I have docs I need to send out and can’t because it’s making the recipients create an account and they don’t want to do that.

Upgrade Payment Error

Hi there, I have spend the last 24h trying to process an upgrade. Different cards, browsers, cleared my cache - all that was advised to me. Spoken to at least 10 of your support team members but no resolution has been given. I have been a customer for 4 years and I seem to be having lots of issue with every upgrade or downgrade. Can I send multiple documents in one envelope, but merge each document with Certificate of Completion separately? I understand that only one CoC is accountable for one envelope. However, I have multiple documents required to be signed by one person, but needing to be uploaded into internal company server separately. I know document itself without the CoC is valid, but I want to be able to merge CoC + each document for archiving purposes. I downloaded the files separately and merged this myself outside the docusign system, but when I open the file, “signature not valid’ appears on the top. Please help me if this can be done.
