Problem with the contract

In the past periods I received my contract from Deliveroo and I just had to accept the conditions and terms of the contract and sign it, but while I was filling out the contract I had a problem with a box where I had to accept the working conditions, the real problem is that it does not let me press on the box it may be a bag and malfunctioning system I tried to contact Deliveroo for this problem but I could not fix it, now instead when I enter to see the mik contract it tells me that it no longer exists and they ask me to contact you to have my employment contract, I kindly ask you to help me I have a 9-month-old girl and a dependent wife, I have not been working for more than a year, now I have opened the VAT number to be able to work alone with the Deliveroo team I still kindly ask you to be able to be able to start working my life is in great difficulty thank you salutier badhboun

Welcome to the Docusign Community! Thank you for sharing your situation. I understand how important this is for you.

Deliveroo may have used DocuSign to send the contract, but DocuSign does not create or manage contracts itself. If the contract now shows as “no longer exists,” it may have expired or been withdrawn by Deliveroo, and only Deliveroo can re‑issue it.

DocuSign cannot re‑send or recreate contracts; we only provide the signing platform. The sender (Deliveroo) must generate and re‑issue the document.
