Forum|alt.badge.img

After I enter my username and password I’m presented with the following - the same user twice. I don’t know why I have two users and I can’t distinguish between them. How can I merge them or delete them or, at least make them distinguishable.

What you’re seeing is most likely the same email address tied to two different DocuSign accounts or user memberships using a different password, which is why DocuSign is making you choose a user after login.

To solve it you might need to reset the password and make sure it is the same for both accounts.  Login with the same password once you know what it is.
