Docusign is not sending signature emails

I created a document to sign, entered everyone’s email address and sent it. None of the emails have made it through.

All of them but one are gmail addresses. I have access to the email logs for my email address that it was also sent to

and I don’t see anything in the logs either successful or not.

Please advise

To investigate further, could you please provide the envelope ID for the document you sent so we can check it?

I also had trouble with this one as well: 64f7da93-903e-8b0f-811a-8ac21a3e1970

Thank you for your message. After reviewing your account details, I found that your envelopes are being blocked by the system’s risk controls. We’ve made an adjustment so this will no longer affect you moving forward.

Please keep in mind that this change does not apply to envelopes already sent; you’ll need to send a new envelope.

Note: To keep the service running smoothly, restrictions may be applied if abusive activity is observed.
