Hi all,
I signed up yesterday so I could send out documents for Signature
I sent 5 envelopes then received a message saying “the envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded”

I checked my usage details (below) and it’s showing that 5 envelopes out of 10 included have been used

Regardless, I went to upgrade my account so I could send all the envelopes required and I received the message below

I don’t seem to be able to get through to support in any capacity - click on ‘chat’ and it like a dead button, cant email because im not considered to be on a paid plan, always get logged out, cant pay for a plan…

Docusign keeps logging me out and I see ‘auth-error-handler’ words in some URLs (I’ve turned VPN off, cleared cookies + cache and and used different browsers including ‘incognito’ mode in Chrome)

I dont know if the trial is the factor that is affecting things?
I seem to even been stroking out with the amount of drafts I can create (trying to stay productive whilst troubleshooting)

Anybody have any ideas? I’m more than happy to pay for a subscription and be able to continue with the envelopes! Its just figuring out how
