Bulk download of document

Hello team,

We are trying to save the documents from DocuSign; is there a bulk option?

We have already tried this. (Select all for all files you want to download as a ZIP file.)

If possible, I would like to download them as separate PDFs rather than a single PDF.

Why does this need to be a separate app? This is basic functionality in a service I am paying good money for.
