Users are unable to access the mailbox after it has been shared, even though access has been granted -Manage Access in DocuSign.

I’m sorry you are having an issue with managing shared access to another user's inbox. Let me help you with this.

To better assist, could you tell us more about the issue the users encountered that prevented them from accessing the inbox? You can also share a screenshot of how the issue occurs so I can review and provide an accurate resolution. Please remove any PII in the screenshot.

Also, could you check whether the shared access was set up correctly by navigating to Admin > Users (search for the user who would like to access other users' inboxes), then clicking the Shared Access button? Please take a look at the image below for reference.
