Mail Merged Doc - Bulk sending

Scenario: We have mail-merged letter agreements (with their name and unique details) for our new hires to sign. Before they sign it, we need our director to sign each agreement via DocuSign.

Question: Is there a way to send all the mail-merged agreements to the director for signature in one go, before DocuSign sends the letter agreement and another document to the new hires, who then receive their unique DocuSign envelope to sign?

Yes, you can send all agreements in one go using the bulk send process, but the director will still need to sign each envelope before it moves on to the respective new hire. To make this work, you’ll want to configure the signing order so the director is always first. The system will hold the envelope until the director signs, and only then will it be routed to the new hire. Each new hire will only ever see their own agreement.
